A Journey of Knowledge and a Proud Milestone: CONINCO Welcomes and Engages with a Delegation from Saitama University (Japan)

Amid the autumn days in Hanoi, the leadership of Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC) warmly welcomed a delegation from Saitama University (Japan) at the CONINCO’s headquarters. The meeting was not only a meaningful reunion but also opened up prospects for future collaboration, academic exchange, and human resource development.

Renowned as one of Japan's leading prestigious national educational institutions, Saitama University boasts exceptional strengths in scientific, engineering, and technological research. Over the past several decades, it has served as a training ground for a multitude of experts, engineers, and senior executives worldwide.

Representing Saitama University at the meeting were Prof. Yasunao Matsumoto Vice President of SAIDAI, Professor, Head of FSO; and faculty members: Assoc. Prof. Chandra Shekhar Goit, Dr. M.D.H.J. Senaviratna, and Dr. Atsushi Sugama as well as students, researchers, and alumni.
Representing CONINCO to welcome the delegation were Dr. Ha Minh -Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang - General Director, Mr. Nguyen Manh Tuan - Member of the Board of Directors and Deputy General Director, and Mr. Le Thanh Minh - Deputy General Director and Manager of the Board of Directors Assistance Office; alongside leaders from management departments and specialized units.

In a cordial atmosphere, Chairman of the BoD Dr. Ha Minh extended a warm welcome to Professor Yasunao Matsumoto and the members of the delegation. Having developed his own professional foundation within the rigorous academic environment of Saitama University, the Chairman of CONINCO has always highly valued the knowledge base and professional work ethic instilled by the institution.

Driven by a deep respect for the teaching profession, Dr. Ha Minh has consistently made time to return to the university and share practical insights with international students since returning to Vietnam and assuming an executive role. Furthermore, CONINCO is actively fostering connections by bringing advanced academic expertise from Japan closer to domestic technical training institutions through various specialized forums and events.

Outlining the company’s journey of growth, the Chairman proudly shared that CONINCO has evolved into a leading construction consultancy ecosystem in Vietnam, boasting a workforce of nearly 1,800 highly qualified engineers, architects, and experts. Its aspiration for global integration is clearly demonstrated by a network of over 150 strategic partners, with the company maintaining particularly strong ties with Japanese enterprises.

Dr. Ha Minh also emphasized that CONINCO consistently prioritizes creating a professional work environment that aligns with international standards. The company is currently welcoming numerous experts and engineers from leading Japanese corporations to work here. Through this visit, the Chairman expressed his openness and readiness to facilitate opportunities for students from Saitama University to visit, undertake internships, and gain practical experience in CONINCO’s professional environment.

Upon visiting CONINCO’s headquarters in person for the first time, Prof. Yasunao Matsumoto - Vice President of Saitama University expressed deep admiration for the company’s scale, professionalism, and stature, while also extending sincere thanks to the leadership for their thoughtful and gracious reception.

Reflecting on past memories, Professor Matsumoto expressed evident pride in the achievements realized through the dedicated efforts of the university's alumni, affirming that Dr. Ha Minh stands out as one of Saitama University’s successful and inspiring graduates.
