a. Organizing to inspect the formulation of Outline, controlling quality assurance of individuals and organizations requesting inspection for approval. The contents of the Outline include the following main tasks:
Purposes, requirements, contents of implementation, processes and methods of quality inspection and control;
The technical regulations and standards applied in the quality inspection and control;
The list of manpower and individuals assigned to implement the appraising, controlling and ensuring the quality of information on the capacity of individuals participating in the implementation;
Main equipment, laboratories used to perform quality control and inspection;
Expenses for implementation, estimated time for completion of inspection and quality control;
Other conditions for quality inspection and control.
b. Organizing the quality inspection and control according to the approved Ouline;
c. Organizing the quality inspection and control of making evaluation reports and conclusions according to the contents of quality inspection and control of the contracts and sending them to organizations and individuals requesting the quality inspection and control
