The Vietnam-Laos CONINCO - NIAPP - AA Consulting Joint Venture signs a contract to implement the Flood and Drought Management and Mitigation Support Project (FDMMSP) in Laos funded by ADB

On December 12, 2024, a signing ceremony was held in Vientiane, Lao People's Democratic Republic (Lao PDR), for the Consulting Services Contract for the Flood and Drought Management and Mitigation Support Project (FDMMSP). The contract was signed between the Department of Water Resources, Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of Lao PDR, and the Joint Venture of Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., Jsc), the National Institute of Agricultural Planning and Design (NIAPP), and Archineer Ocean Co., Ltd. (AA). The FDMMSP, funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), aims to improve water management infrastructure in Laos, contributing to environmental protection, enhancing the quality of life, and laying the groundwork for long-term development.

On the morning of October 7th, the Hanoi People's Committee held the inauguration and plaque unveiling ceremony for the Van Ho Inter-Agency Complex, commemorating the 70th anniversary of the Capital’s Liberation (October 10th, 1954 – October 10th, 2024). The ceremony took place at 52 Le Dai Hanh Street, Le Dai Hanh Ward, Hai Ba Trung District, the site of the Van Ho Inter-Agency Complex. On October 4, 2024, the Headquarters of the High People's Procuracy in Da Nang was officially handed over and put into operation. The project commenced on August 12, 2023, and after 368 days of accelerated construction, it was completed, meeting all quality, technical, architectural aesthetic, and labor safety requirements. The Transportation Works Center (T.GT) of CONINCO successfully performed project management consulting services, ensuring timely completion and contributing to the project’s overall success.

On the afternoon of September 22, 2024, at the Conference to announce the Planning and Investment Promotion of Bac Ninh Province in 2024, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and leaders of central ministries, branches, and provincial leaders pressed the button to start construction of 02 key projects of the province: Construction investment project of Kenh Vang bridge and access roads at both ends of the bridge, connecting the two provinces of Bac Ninh and Hai Duong and the Social Housing Project under the construction investment project of technical infrastructure of Que Vo new urban area. Construction Management Center No. 4 (T.QX4) and Construction Inspection Center (T.KD) of CONINCO are the verification and construction supervision consultants for the Social Housing Project under the construction investment project of technical infrastructure of Que Vo new urban area.

Construction Management Center No. 4 (T.QX4) under Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of construction technology and equipment acted as the Project's supervision consultant.
