On the morning of February 18th, Member of the Politburo and President Vo Van Thuong visited, encouraged, and presented gifts to the workers engaged in the construction of the Ring Road No. 4 - Capital Area project at Km50+100 in Thuong Tin District, Hanoi. The delegation included Member of the Politburo and Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Dinh Tien Dung, Central Party Committee members: Chairman of the Office of the President Le Khanh Hai, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Van Hung, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Nguyen Thi Tuyen; Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee and Chairman of the Hanoi People's Council Nguyen Ngoc Tuan; Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Nguyen Van Phong; Member of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee and Deputy Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan...

This is a significant national project with a total investment of 85.813 trillion Vietnamese dong. The project has received meticulous attention and guidance the Steering Committee, as well as active involvement various departments, sectors, localities, and the entire political system. Up until now, the three provinces and cities (Hanoi, Bac Ninh, Hung Yen) have effectively organized and fully mobilized 100% of the workforce and machinery for simultaneous construction along the entire route.

In Hanoi, a total of 32 construction sections have been organized along the parallel road, including 2 road sections and 9 bridge sections. It is projected that land clearance for the project will be completed by March 31st, 2024. Efforts are being made to complete the resettlement areas in the third quarter of 2024. The relocation of underground and aboveground technical infrastructure, such as medium and low voltage electricity, information systems, water supply, and other related components, is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2024. The substantial completion of the relocation of high-voltage power lines 110KV to 500KV along the entire route is expected in the third quarter of 2024.

On this occasion, President Vo Van Thuong and Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Dinh Tien Dung presented gifts, lucky money, and Lunar New Year wishes to encourage the officials and workers who are carrying out their duties at the construction site of the parallel road of the Ring Road No. 4 - Capital Area in Nhi Khe commune, Thuong Tin district.

The President believed that with firm determination, dedication, and the desire to contribute, as long as the pride in being involved in the implementation of this significant project for the capital region, the team of officials, workers, and laborers various units and contractors will excellently fulfill all assigned tasks. This will play a crucial role in ensuring the project's timely completion, quality, and effectiveness, bringing about new driving forces for the ry's development.

The Political-Administrative Center and the Conference-Performance Center in the North of Cam River Project: Hải Phòng's two "monumental" projects are striving to be completed before May 2025.

On the morning of February 16th, Comrade Le Tien Chau - Central Party Committee member, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, and Head of the Hai Phong National Assembly Delegation, conducted a field inspection, received progress reports, and provided encouragement and gifts to officials, staff, and workers at the construction site of the Political-Administrative Center and Conference-Performance Center project on the northern bank of the Cam River. Permanent Deputy Chairman of the Municipal People's Committee Le Anh Quan, as well as leaders of relevant departments, sectors, Thuy Nguyen district, and Ngo Quyen district also accompanied Mr. Le Tien Chau.

At the construction site of the two projects, Comrade Le Tien Chau, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, emphasized that these are the "monumental" projects of Hai Phong, for which the city has concentrated all available resources to implement. The units involved in the projects have made efforts to overcome all difficulties, mobilizing the highest levels of manpower and resources, and utilizing time efficiently to accelerate construction, ensuring progress and meeting the set requirements.

So far, the Political-Administrative Center project has completed the construction of the entire reinforced concrete structure for all building blocks. The construction of basement walls has reached 95% completion, and wall plastering has reached 95% completion for low-rise buildings. Infrastructure connections to the square have also been constructed. According to the plan, the drainage system is expected to be completed on November 3, 2024, landscape infrastructure will be completed on November 18th, 2024, and the road infrastructure will be completed on April 30th, 2024.

The Conference-Performance Center project is also ensuring progress in construction and aims to complete the rough construction phase in March 2024, complete the roof structure in July 2024, and achieve overall completion in October 2024. The road infrastructure is planned to be completed in March 2025.

Comrade Le Tien Chau, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee acknowledged the hardworking and dedicated work ethic, as well as the spirit of innovation and creativity demonstrated by the units in surpassing the project's timeline and presented gifts to encourage the officials, employees, and workers at the construction site. He also emphasized that the construction units should prioritize ensuring progress, quality, precision, aesthetics, and absolute safety. The City People's Committee, along with relevant departments and Thuy Nguyen district, should actively address any difficulties and obstacles related to investment policy adjustments, while ensuring the provision of sufficient financial resources according to the approved plan. The goal is to strive for the completion of the project before May 2025, allowing for the organization of major city events and the relocation of Party organizations, government authorities, and agencies to the northern area of the Cam River.

Comrade Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee wishes the officers, staff, and workers at the construction site robust health and encourages them to work diligently and passionately, contributing to the successful completion of the project according to the established plan and schedule.
