The construction of the Students’ Accommodation Building - Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics reaches the topping out milestone ahead of schedule.

On January 31st, 2024, the construction project of the Students’ Accommodation Building - Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, situated at 135 Nguyen Phong Sac, Nghia Tan, Cau Giay, Hanoi, successfully reached its topping out phase after more than 13 months of construction, exceeding the initial schedule by 50 days. Construction Management Center No. 2 (T.QX2), a division of Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of construction technology and equipment (CONINCO., JSC), was the supervision consultant for the project.

Representatives of the Employer and the participating units involved in the project attended the topping out ceremony. From CONINCO, there were Mr. Nguyen Manh Tuan, member of the Board of Directors, Deputy General Director, Mr. Manh Viet Hung, the Chief Supervision Consultant, and the project's supervision consulting team.

The construction of the Students’ Accommodation Building - Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics is a modern mixed-use architectural complex, featuring two 16-story towers, one rooftop level, and two basement levels. The basement levels cover a constructed area of 8,579 square meters, while the above-ground levels span 35,119 square meters. The building is designed to accommodate 964 students, with a total of 370 classrooms.

Drawing on their extensive experience in supervising high-rise construction projects, the CONINCO consulting team has maintained close coordination with the Employer throughout the project implementation. They have consistently pushed the construction units to expedite the project's timeline, adhere to construction solutions, prioritize safety and quality, and minimize environmental impact during the construction phase.

In the coming time, in its role as the supervising consultant, CONINCO is committed to ensuring the quality, progress, and safety of the project during the construction process.
