CONINCO’s the third quarter of 2026 Business Review Conference: Entrepreneurial Resolve, Breakthrough Success

On the morning of October 13, 2026, Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC) held a conference at its headquarters to review its the third quarter of 2026 (Q3/2026) business performance and roll out its the fourth quarter of 2026 (Q4/2026) plan, combined with a celebration of Vietnam Entrepreneurs’ Day. Attending were Chairman of the Board of Directors Dr. Ha Minh; General Director Nguyen Dang Quang; members of the Board of Directors and the Board of Management; heads of management departments; directors of divisions and centers; and key officers of affiliated units.

The conference was an occasion for the entire CONINCO system to look back on nine months of hard work and proud achievements. It was also a meaningful moment for CONINCO’s employees to thank the company’s leadership for its outstanding stewardship on the business community’s special day.

Honoring Our Steadfast “Captains” on Vietnam Entrepreneurs’ Day

The conference opened with performances by CONINCO’s own engineers and architects, filling the hall with a spirit of togetherness. The songs brought positive energy and showcased the passion, versatility and distinctive corporate culture that define CONINCO.

On the occasion of Vietnam Entrepreneurs’ Day (October 13), Trade Union Chairman Nguyen Thanh Binh, on behalf of all employees, expressed heartfelt gratitude for the leadership of the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Board of Management. Behind CONINCO’s strong rise lies not only a strategic vision but also the commitment, resilience and tough decisions of its leadership: protecting the brand’s reputation, steering the company through market challenges, sustaining growth, creating jobs and raising incomes for employees. The Trade Union pledged to remain a strong bridge, working alongside the company’s leadership to build a united, professional workplace as a foundation for sustainable development.

Responding to the employees’ warm sentiments, Chairman Dr. Ha Minh expressed his deep gratitude. He said the unity, loyalty and wholehearted dedication of nearly 1,900 employees are the company’s greatest source of strength, the firm foundation that allows the leadership to stand firm under every pressure and steer the CONINCO ship out to the open sea.

That resolve was proudly reaffirmed just before the conference. On October 10, 2026, CONINCO ranked Top 1 in two prestigious categories of the Vietnam Construction Awards 2026: “Top Quality & Reputable Construction Consulting Enterprises in Vietnam 2026” and “Construction Enterprise of the Year 2026.” The Chairman described the awards as well-deserved, fair recognition from the community for the tireless contributions of generations of CONINCO people. The company’s sustainable growth, he said, reflects a strong two-way bond: leaders who understand their people and act decisively, and a workforce that is united, responsible and dedicated.

Record-Breaking Growth

Opening the conference, General Director Nguyen Dang Quang extended his best wishes to the Board of Directors and the company’s leadership on Vietnam Entrepreneurs’ Day. He commended the entire system for its remarkable breakthroughs, which lay a solid foundation for meeting the 2026 targets and those of the years ahead.

Despite market headwinds, CONINCO recorded the strongest growth in its history. In the first nine months of 2026, the value of contracts signed hit a record high, reaching 200% of the full-year plan. Total revenue reached 123% of the nine-month plan, equivalent to 92% of the full-year plan. In Q3/2026 alone, contracts signed far exceeded expectations at more than 280% of the quarterly plan.

These results stem from sound management decisions, a sharp market strategy and the trust of partners and clients across a series of large-scale, nationally important projects, including a cluster of works at Gia Binh International Airport, the new Thu Thiem Administrative Center, the Bao Loc – Lien Khuong Expressway and Tam Anh General Hospital Phu My Hung. CONINCO’s international strategy also continued to gain ground through working sessions with leading strategic partners in the region, expanding joint ventures and partnerships and bringing in advanced technologies to prepare for large-scale projects.

While recognizing these achievements, the General Director asked the whole system to confront outstanding operational issues head-on and resolve them decisively. Looking ahead to Q4/2026, he set out four key tasks guided by the motto “Quality – Safety – Efficiency,” calling on units to step up business development, secure workloads for the next phases and strictly follow quality control and occupational safety procedures.

Strengthening Governance, Expanding the Workforce

Alongside its business results, CONINCO’s internal operations have also grown significantly. The reports gave a comprehensive picture of the company’s activities, from bidding and quality control to transparent, effective financial and accounting management. Internal administration stood out in particular: the workforce keeps growing and now numbers nearly 1,900 engineers, architects and experts. This large, highly qualified team is CONINCO’s greatest internal strength, enabling the company to confidently take on the workload of major transport infrastructure megaprojects in the period ahead.

During the discussion session, company leaders and unit heads shared opportunities and challenges from the field and proposed solutions to streamline management processes and make wider use of technology in management and production to raise productivity.

Proud of Our Standing, United for a “New Chapter”

Closing the conference, Chairman Dr. Ha Minh delivered heartfelt remarks, passing on a sense of pride and ambition to the entire leadership team and staff.

To equip its engineers for the megaprojects ahead, CONINCO will soon work with a Japanese partner to launch an in-depth training course on high-speed rail, opening up opportunities for outstanding trainees to continue their training abroad. The Chairman affirmed that this year’s exceptional business results are not only a measure of the company’s capabilities but also a solid resource for continuously improving employee benefits, maximizing value for shareholders and extending its social responsibility through community activities.

Drawing on the spirit of the song “Tự nguyện” (“Willingly”), Chairman Dr. Ha Minh called on the entire system to carry forward its spirit of unity and willing dedication, with both heart and mind. Sending his wishes for good health and safety to all engineers and experts working at remote sites, he expressed complete confidence that, with nearly 1,900 people sharing one will, CONINCO is ready to open a brighter, more sustainable “new chapter,” true to its philosophy of “Assurance for the future.”

The conference concluded in an atmosphere of determination, enthusiasm and full confidence in the leadership’s strategy.
