CONINCO Reaffirms Its Leading Consultancy Role at the Nationwide Groundbreaking and Inauguration Series of Nearly 250 Key National Projects

On the morning of December 19, 2025, amid the proud atmosphere commemorating the 79th Anniversary of National Resistance Day, groundbreaking, inauguration, and technical opening ceremonies for 234 national key projects were held simultaneously across the country. Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment – CONINCO is honored to have contributed intellect and effort to a wide range of these landmark projects nationwide, actively promoting the advancement of Vietnam’s infrastructure during a pivotal era of national development.

A Historic Event – Demonstrating National Determination

With a total investment exceeding VND 3.4 million billion, the event, held across 79 coordinated venues nationwide, underscored the strong momentum and determination of the Party and State to complete the strategic infrastructure system. The occasion not only celebrated the 14th National Party Congress but also served as a strategic preparation for sustainable national development in the 2026–2030 period.

CONINCO’s Footprint on National Key Projects

This series of groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies for 234 projects showcased the robust development of Vietnam’s technical infrastructure, transportation, healthcare, and industrial sectors. With its strong capabilities and experienced experts, CONINCO was entrusted by investors with crucial consultancy roles across a wide range of large-scale projects:

. Transportation and Urban Rail: At the Hanoi venue, CONINCO proudly participated in the groundbreaking ceremony of Urban Railway Line No. 5 (Van Cao – Ngoc Khanh – Lang – Hoa Lac), a metro project of great significance in connecting the city center with satellite towns. At the same ceremony, the inauguration of Phase 1 and the first commercial flight of Long Thanh International Airport also marked a memorable milestone for the JAC–CONINCO consortium in its role supervising the passenger terminal – the heart of this mega project.

. Healthcare Infrastructure: Demonstrating deep expertise in healthcare project consultancy, CONINCO successfully completed supervision and consultancy roles for major hospital projects including Bach Mai Hospital – Phase 2 and Viet Duc Hospital – Phase 2 (Ha Nam), while also directly supporting local medical facility upgrades such as Dak Nong General Hospital and Hai Duong General Hospital.

. Industrial & High-Tech Projects: In Hai Phong, CONINCO participated in two important projects: the technology upgrade and quality enhancement project for phosphoric acid and MAP fertilizer production by DAP-VINACHEM, and the Nomura 2 Industrial Park project, with CONINCO involved in the signing of the technical infrastructure MOU, affirming its capacity in developing modern, green industrial parks.

. Social & Recreational Infrastructure: In Bac Giang, the Newstar Homes social housing project (Nam Ngan – Quang Chau) officially commenced construction with CONINCO as the consultancy, contributing to housing solutions for thousands of workers. Additionally, the Thai Nguyen Stadium project stands as a source of pride for CONINCO’s engineering team in the field of cultural and sports infrastructure.
