CONINCO attends the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Hong Hac Zone 1.2 project within the Hong Hac City Eco-Urban Area – Bac Ninh

On the morning of September 9, 2026, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Hong Hac Zone 1.2 project within the Hong Hac City Eco-Urban Area officially took place in Song Lieu Ward, Bac Ninh Province. Participating as the construction supervision consultant, CONINCO continues to affirm its reputation and leading capabilities in partnering with Investors to create modern eco-urban projects. Representing CONINCO at the event were Mr. Nguyen Van Cuong, Chief Supervision Consultant, and the supervision team from the Traffic Works Center (T.GT) - the unit directly implementing the project.
The Hong Hac City eco-urban area project is developed by Phu My Hung Development Corporation. Spanning a land area of nearly 200 hectares, the project is systematically planned based on an "All-In-One" urban model. It represents a perfect blend of green living spaces and world-class amenities, including schools, healthcare facilities, shopping malls, and large-scale cultural and sports complexes.
Located in a strategic position in the overall project, Zone 1.2 subdivision is deployed with a scale of 397 low-rise commercial housing units, including: townhouses, single villas, duplex villas and shophouses. In addition, the subdivision also features a Clubhouse to create a modern living space, harmonious in architecture and landscape.
With the orientation of building a high-end ecological space, the project sets very strict requirements on safety and construction quality. According to the overall progress of the Investor, the construction schedule of Zone 1.2 is expected to last 465 days. Construction stages will be carried out smoothly through stages: from site preparation, model house construction, foundation and underground infrastructure construction, to structure, finishing, MEP system, landscape and finally acceptance and handover to put the project into use.
Drawing on extensive experience in construction consultancy, the CONINCO’s construction supervision team is committed to close collaboration with the Investor and contractors. Supervision will be conducted rigorously and in strict adherence to technical standards to ensure the project meets the 465-day schedule, achieves superior quality, and maintains workplace safety.
