CONINCO - BBGV - PORTIA: The future cooperation opportunities

On July 12th, 2017, representatives of PORTIA (UK) and representatives of the British Business Group Vietnam (BBGV) visited the Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC) to seek for the opportunities to expand cooperation between the two companies in the near future.
The guest delegation was lead by Mr. Conor McGreevy - Port Consultant from PORTIA (UK) and Ms. Tran Ngoc Tra Mi - Hanoi Trade Services Manager and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Dung - Hanoi Office Manager, from BBGV. Welcoming all guests, the delegation of CONINCO was consisted of Dr. Duong Trong Vinh - Director of Center of International Cooperation and Consultancy, MSc. Architect Do Thi Ngoc Chau - Deputy Head of Economics and Planning Department and the staff ofCenter of International Cooperation and Consultancy.
At the meeting, CONINCO, BBGV and PORTIA exchanged and introduced their own functions and fields of activities. With around 40 year experinces to implement the global projects, PORTIA provides the management, consulting and training services in the port field. On this occasion, PORTIA expressed the hope that CONINCO would share information and experience to expand their market in Asia in general and Vietnam in particular, as well as the hope that PORTIA and CONINCO would have the opportunity to cooperate in the coming time.
Also exchanging at the meeting, Dr. Duong Trong Vinh - Director of Center International Cooperation and Consultancy introduced the fields as well as the achievement that CONINCO has gained in recent years. At the same time, Dr. Duong advised the partners on the market characteristics and shared information related to port sector in Vietnam.
In addition, CONINCO and BBGV found a common voice in developing further cooperation in the future. As a foreign business groups with more than 450 members, BBGV operates with the mission of strengthening friendship amongst the businesses from the UK and Vietnam, promoting the business benefits of its membets at Vietnam through not only business activities but also social events.
The meeting took place in an open and friendly atmosphere, promising more prospects for future cooperation between all parties.
