CONINCO celebrates International Womens Day 8/3

To motivate the spirit of female staffs in the company and with the consent of the General Director, Trade Union Executive Committee, the Women’s Committee of CONINCO organized the trip for the whole female staff in the Company to worship Buddha and visit the Cao Lanh Pagoda, to visit Bach Dang Giang (Thuy Nguyen district, Hai Phong city) and Ba Vang Pagoda (Uong Bi city, Quang Ninh province) on the occasion of International Women's Day on March 8, 2018.
The visit received the enthusiastic response and participation of 92 female staff working at CONINCO. Joining the delegation, there were Mr. Le Ngoc Quang - Deputy General Director; Mr. Nguyen Huy Quang - Chairman of the Company's Trade Union and members of the Executive Committee of Trade Union, Youth Union.
The first destination of the delegation was Cao Linh Pagoda. The Pagoda has an area of about 49,000m2. The Pagoda is located in the western gate of Hai Phong city, about 12km from the center. With a unique style featured by Buddhist architecture, the Pagoda is the center of religious beliefs and is the place to organize festivals, cultural events, gatherings for Buddhists and the people.
After the ceremony at Cao Linh Pagoda, the next delegation to visit was Bach Dang Giang relics, located about 18km north far from the center of Hai Phong. The Bach Dang estuary is a special place because of its relation to 3 naval battles despite its small space. These are the symbolic battles for the spirit of a heroic nation, against powerful foreign invaders.
The last point in the journey of the delegation is Buddhist worship ceremony and to visit Ba Vang Pagoda in Uong Bi city, Quang Ninh province. The Ba Vang Pagoda belongs to Truc Lam Yen Tu. This is not only a place to gather those who come to learn the Buddha, understand the Buddha and practice as the Buddha but also meets the elements of an ecological, cultural and historical tourism destination as well as the destination of monks and nuns, domestic and foreign visitors.
The organization for female staffs to worship Buddhist and visit the pagodas, learn relics, history, enjoy the beauty of nature shows the attention of the company management. On behalf of the company, Mr. Nguyen Huy Quang – Chairman of the Trade Union sent the wishes of "always healthy, fresh and successful" to all female staffs working at the company.
The tour ended with great impression and feelings in every CONINCO staff. All CONINCO’s female staffs wholeheartedly thanked the attention of the company leaders as well as the Executive Board of the Trade Union to create conditions for them to work together, have the opportunity to exchange experiences and share their thoughts, tighten the solidarity in the Company as well as increase more useful social knowledge, motivate the staff to actively work and excellently complete assigned tasks.
