CONINCO attends the Topping-out Ceremony of the National Hospital of Tropical Diseases Construction Project - Phase 2

On the morning of July 29th, 2025, in Dong Anh, Hanoi, the Topping-out ceremony for the National Hospital of Tropical Diseases Construction Project - Phase 2 was successfully held, marking a significant milestone in the project's completion process, soon putting the project into service for medical examination, treatment and health care for the people. The Project Investment and Development Center (T.DA) of Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of construction technology and equipment (CONINCO., JSC) has been entrusted with the role of supervision consultant and quality assurance for this important project.

The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Employer - the National Hospital of Tropical Diseases - together with participating contractors. 
Representing CONINCO were Mr. Nguyen Huu Truong Deputy General Director and the team of supervision engineers working directly on site.

Launched on December 11th, 2024, in Kim Chung Commune, Dong Anh District, Hanoi, National Hospital of Tropical Diseases Construction Project - Phase 2 is a Group B project with a total investment of VND 350 billion funded by the central government budget. Together with Phase 1, which has been operational since 2016, the completion of Phase 2 will bring the hospital’s total capacity to 1,000 beds, meeting the growing demand for medical services and contributing to the development of a modern, high-quality healthcare system in Vietnam.

As the supervision consultant, CONINCO’s T.DA Center with a team of experienced and highly qualified engineers, has maintained a strong on-site presence to ensure strict compliance with design specifications, technical standards, occupational safety, and construction quality. The professionalism and dedication of the CONINCO team has significantly contributed to helping the project overcome challenges, complete the rough construction and reached the topping-out milestone on schedule.

National Hospital of Tropical Diseases Construction Project - Phase 2 aims to expand healthcare capacity and meet the growing demand for medical services. The timely progress of this project reflects the effective coordination and commitment of all parties involved. In the finishing phase, CONINCO will continue to accompany the project owner and contractors with the determination to bring the National Hospital of Tropical Diseases Construction Project - Phase 2 to successful completion, contributing to the mission of safeguarding and improving public health.
