CONINCO-The ceremony of signing Agreement on Design Consultancy Services for Construction to Enlarge the Head office of Supreme People’s Procuracy

On January 29th, 2013, the ceremony of signing Agreement on Design Consultancy Services for Construction to Enlarge the Head office of Supreme People’s Procuracy was taken place at head quarter of Consultant and Inspection Joint stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment-CONINCO at No.4 Ton That Tung.

Attending the signing ceremony, there were representatives of Investor (Supreme People’s Procuracy) including Mr. Nguyen Viet Hung-Office Manager, Mr. Nguyen Huu Thanh-Deputy Office Manager, Chief of Project Management Board, Mr. Tran Thanh Hai-Deputy Chief of Project Management Board, Mr. Duong Van Khoa-Expert, Ms. Pham Thi Hong Nga-Chief Accountant, representatives of Association of CONINCO – NIHON SEKKEI including Mr. Nguyen Van Cong-Chairman of BoM cum General Director of CONINCO, Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang-Deputy General Director of CONINCO, Project Director, Mr. Naoki Tominaga – President of NIHON SEKKEI Vietnam, Head of Project and Deputy Directors of Project, leader representatives of two parties.

The Supreme People’s Procuracy which is agency under National Assembly of Vietnam has function of controlling and supervising judicial activities and practicing public prosecution of State.  It is organized into three levels including district level, city, province level, central level and military procuracy. Function of the Supreme People’s Procuracy is to supervise legal activities of investigation agency, court or judgment enforcement agency of levels. By its function, many units now have to rent working office because head office is too narrow, working area is lacked and damaged.
 

Design concept giving correlation between plan volume and height of work is to create a volume of building showing the powerfulness and solidity, reasonable calculation of direction which helps the building have an ideal space. Association of CONINCO – NIHON SEKKEI has won the first prize in architectural design plan competition of the Supreme People’s Procuracy and has been chosen to be unit signing official agreement for above project. Whereby, it marks new success of CONINCO in design consultancy field.
