CONINCO officially launched the M365 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system

Enhancing management capabilities within the company through the use of software in production and management activities is a crucial need for CONINCO. On the morning of April 16th, coinciding with the 45th anniversary of CONINCO's establishment (April 16th, 1979 – April 16th, 2024), Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of construction technology and equipment - CONINCO, held a ceremony to launch its ERP software system (M365).

At the Operating Ceremony, from CONINCO, there were Mr. Nguyen Van Cong - Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Phan Ngoc Cuong - Member of the Board of Directors, General Director; Mr. Nguyen Manh Tuan - Member of the Board of Directors, Deputy General Director; Mr. Nguyen Huy Quang - Party Secretary; members of the Board of Directors; leaders of departments, production divisions and staff directly using the ERP software.

From the contractor iERP Company, there were Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Can - General Director; Mr. Ngo Trung Kien - Deputy General Director, Manager of Business Department, Project Director; Mr. Phung Duc Thinh - Manager of Technical Department, Deputy Project Director and members participating in the project implementation.

According to the report of CONINCO's Software Department, the deployment of the enterprise resource planning software system was initiated in June 2022. After a thorough and meticulous process of research, tendering, and partner selection, CONINCO and the software development company iERP signed a contract in September 2023 for the implementation of the M365 solution for CONINCO's core needs.

Microsoft 365 is a comprehensive solution that includes tools such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange, providing the ability to manage, share, and store documents in a secure and flexible cloud environment. This enables CONINCO to easily access and share information, operate and monitor the system more effectively, save time, improve service quality, increase professionalism, ensure system stability, and enhance data security.

During the implementation process, the Software Department, management departments, and relevant members collaborated closely with the contractors and consultants to perfect the modules, address any arising issues, and conduct system testing according to the specified modules in order to proceed with Phase 1 official operation as scheduled.

Speaking at the system operation ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Can, the General Director of iERP, and Mr. Ngo Trung Kien, Deputy General Director and Manager of the Business Department and Project Director, expressed their gratitude to the CONINCO leadership and departments for their enthusiastic support in enabling iERP to successfully complete Phase 1 of the project on schedule and commit to providing the best service to CONINCO. They also emphasized the goal of comprehensive digital transformation for the enterprise. The ceremony to launch the enterprise resource planning software system was organized on the occasion of the 45th anniversary of CONINCO's establishment, demonstrating the deep concern of the leadership and the entire CONINCO staff for digital transformation in the era of information technology. The iERP leadership has confidence that the completed M365 software system will bring significant value to CONINCO in terms of management and enterprise administration, enabling CONINCO to continue its strong and sustainable development.

The General Director, Mr. Phan Ngoc Cuong, recognized, commented, and highly appreciated the efforts and dedication of the project implementation team of CONINCO and iERP in deploying and successfully completing the M365 solution on schedule to meet the core needs of the Company in the recent period. He emphasized that the completed M365 solution must demonstrate excellent results and be compatible with CONINCO's management system. Therefore, the CONINCO software team, as well as iERP, will continue to strive for effective implementation in the coming period, integrating the operating system deeply into the production activities of each department and division, so that CONINCO's management and administration will see a clear qualitative change, boosting labor productivity in the coming period.

Chairman of the Board of Directors, Nguyen Van Cong congratulated the software project team, CONINCO, and iERP on the successful completion of Phase 1 of the project and the implementation of the operational system. He also pointed out that while initial progress has been made, there remains a significant amount of work in the digital transformation process, encompassing several tasks to ensure that CONINCO's management aligns with the set objectives. Therefore, the Chairman of the Board of Directors recommended that all parties continue to collaborate closely, conduct thorough reviews, concentrate resources for deployment, and ensure the fulfillment of the specified requirements in the subsequent periods.
