CONINCO Drives Comprehensive Digital Transformation: Aiming for Substantive Efficiency and a Happy Workplace

On the morning of January 21, 2026, at the headquarters of the Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO.,JSC), the Board of Directors held a high-level working session with leaders from the University of Engineering and Technology (UET) – Vietnam National University, Hanoi. The meeting centered on digital transformation initiatives, marking a decisive step in CONINCO’s strategy to leverage technology for optimized corporate governance and enhanced human capital value.

Distinguished Attendees Representing UET were Prof. Dr. Chu Duc Trinh – Rector; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Viet Ha – Former Rector; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Hoai Son – Head of the Science, Technology, and Development Cooperation Department; MSc. Do Hoang Kien – Director of the Digital University Center; and MSc. Le Thi Phuong Thoa – Deputy Head of the Training Department, along with a team of technical experts.
Representing CONINCO were Dr. Ha Minh – Chairman of the Board of Directors; Ms. Le Thi Ngọc Bich – Vice Chairwoman; Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang – General Director; and Deputy General Directors: Mr. Nguyen Luong Binh, Mr. Le Thanh Minh, and Mr. Le Nguyen Giap, alongside heads of functional departments and specialized centers.

Opening the session, Chairman Dr. Ha Minh highlighted CONINCO’s prestigious 50-year legacy. In line with global trends, CONINCO has proactively integrated digital technologies into its core operations. As the nation enters a new era of growth, Dr. Ha Minh reaffirmed that technology is the "master key" to sustaining and elevating the company’s competitive edge.
He emphasized that digital transformation at CONINCO is not merely about procuring software or hardware; it must be implemented substantively and effectively to trigger real breakthroughs. A strategic pillar in the Chairman’s vision is the "human factor": technology should not only drive business performance but also create a "Happy Workplace". By streamlining manual procedures and optimizing collaborative workflows, digital solutions will alleviate employee pressure, ignite creativity, and foster a deeper sense of belonging within the "CONINCO common home".

Building on this vision, General Director Nguyen Dang Quang stated that in the era of Industry 4.0, digital transformation is an absolute necessity for construction firms to optimize processes. CONINCO’s stance remains firm: "Without digital transformation, there is no development".
As a leading consultancy firm involved in the majority of Vietnam’s national key projects, the requirements for Transparency – Efficiency – Risk Mitigation are paramount. The General Director expressed his confidence that the partnership with UET would help CONINCO realize advanced digital solutions in:

Prof. Dr. Chu Duc Trinh, Rector of UET, expressed his admiration for CONINCO’s scale and strategic roadmap. He shared UET’s success as a pioneer within the Vietnam National University (VNU) system, having effectively implemented a "Digital University" model powered by a centralized data governance ecosystem. This infrastructure has optimized end-to-end workflows, from academic administration to advanced research.

Leveraging this practical expertise, UET experts provided critical insights into CONINCO’s "Data Equation". They identified data as CONINCO’s most valuable asset, accumulated over decades. Developing an intelligent, interconnected, and analytical data system will provide leadership with a holistic view. UET committed to partnering with CONINCO to design a digital roadmap that is both "accurate and impactful," specifically tailored to the nuances of the construction consultancy industry.
