CONINCO contributes to the completion of the Academy of Public Administration and Governance headquarters – A project celebrating the 14th National Party Congress.

On the afternoon of January 16, 2026, in Hanoi, the Academy of Public Administration and Governance held the Inauguration Ceremony for its main headquarters and the plaque-laying ceremony for the project "Welcoming the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam". The Construction Management N.2 (T.QX2) under Consultant and Inspection Joint-stock company of Construction Technology and Equipment – CONINCO proudly accompanied the project as the verification in consulting and project management consulting contributing to the completing the project on schedule, ensuring quality and aesthetics.

The ceremony was honored by the presence of Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Xuân Thắng - Member of the Political Bureau, Chairman of the Central theory council, President of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Đoàn Minh Huấn - Member Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary, Standing Deputy Director the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Duy Bắc - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics; Comrade Vũ Chiến Thắng - Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Home Affairs; Comrade Nguyễn Trọng Thừ - former Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Home Affairs; Comrade Triệu Văn Cường - former Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Home Affairs; along with leaders of the Party and the State. 
On the part of CONINCO, there was Mr. Nguyễn Mạnh Tuấn – Member of the Board of Directors, Deputy General Director; Mr. Nguyễn Văn Bình – Manager of T.QX2, Manager of Project Management.

Speaking at the ceremony, Professor Dr. Nguyen Xuan Thang emphasized the importance of the project in modernizing facilities to serve the training and development of cadres, civil servants, and officials of the Party and State in the new phase. The placing of project plaque to celebrate the 14th National Party Congress affirms the political determination and outstanding efforts of the Academy's leadership and staff, along with the units in implementing the project.

The project boasts an impressive investment scale, utilizing a total land area of 6,204 m2 and a total investment from the government budget is over 798 billion VND. The main headquarters building comprises 23 above-ground floors and 2 basement floors, with a total floor area of approximately 36,000 m2, integrating all necessary functions from administrative buildings, lecture halls, library to a guesthouse for faculty and students.

Throughout the project implementation process, CONINCO was proud to take on the role of Project Management Consultant, contributing to ensuring the project is completed on schedule and meets the most stringent technical standards. Although the construction process faced many difficulties due to the influence of objective factors, with the close guidance of the Board of Directors of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and the efforts of consulting units and contractors, the project was completed ensuring quality, safety, and architectural aesthetics.

The completion and commissioning of the new headquarters not only improves working and research conditions for faculty and students but also affirms the deep concern of the Party and State for the training of civil servants and public employees in the new phase. The success of the Academy of public Administration and Governance Headquarters project once again affirms CONINCO's professional capacity and prestige in managing and implementing key national educational and administrative infrastructure projects. In the future, the Academy will continue to be invested in the second phase to complete its comprehensive infrastructure system, aiming for sustainable and modern development.
