On the morning of November 19, 2025, at the headquarters located at 43 Nguyen Chi Thanh Street (Hanoi), Vietnam Television (VTV) held the inauguration ceremony for the S1 Studio and Central Square Project. This event holds special significance, marking the completion of a key project officially designated to commemorate the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam. The Project Investment and Development Center (T.DA) of the Vietnam National Construction Consultants Corporation (CONINCO) was honored to serve as the construction supervision consultant and successfully fulfill its responsibilities, contributing to the creation of a modern building complex worthy of the stature of the national television broadcaster.
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Thanh Lam, Director General of Vietnam Television, along with members of VTV’s leadership and representatives of the units involved in the project implementation.
Representing CONINCO were Mr. Nguyen Huu Truong, Deputy General Director; Mr. Tran Xuan Duong, Director of T.DA; and the project supervision consultant team.
Commenced on July 11, 2024, the S1 Studio and Central Square Project is a modern technical infrastructure complex with a total investment exceeding VND 450 billion. The project plays a pivotal role in VTV’s strategy to modernize its facilities. Its highlight is the S1 Studio, with a seating capacity of 750 seats, specifically designed to host political programs, major cultural and sporting events, and large-scale game shows. In addition, the Central Square component harmoniously connects the landscape with existing buildings, creating a dignified and cohesive architectural appearance for the headquarters of the national television broadcaster.
Contributing to the overall success of the project, CONINCO, in its role as construction and equipment installation supervision consultant, clearly recognized the complexity of a television studio project with stringent technical requirements, including “box-in-box” sound insulation standards, acoustic absorption systems, lighting systems, and load-bearing structures for suspended equipment. Throughout the project implementation, CONINCO’s engineers maintained a continuous presence on site. The supervision team worked closely with the Project Management Board and contractors to strictly control material quality, construction methods, occupational safety, and environmental hygiene during the entire construction process.
Immediately following the inauguration ceremony, the first television program was recorded in the new studio, marking the official commissioning and operation of the facility to serve the production of large-scale, modern, and high-quality television programs.
The on-schedule completion and commissioning of the S1 Studio not only enhances VTV’s program production capacity in the context of multi-platform broadcasting, but also further affirms CONINCO’s capabilities in consulting for cultural and technically specialized projects. The project’s success is a clear testament to CONINCO’s operating philosophy, “Assurance for the Future,” and its commitment to delivering sustainable value to clients and partners.

CONINCO sincerely congratulates Vietnam Television on its new appearance and upgraded infrastructure, which promise to deliver high-quality and engaging television programs to audiences nationwide in the coming time.
