CONINCO accomplished the 2023 plan with excellence and has set ambitious goals for robust growth in 2024 in celebration of the company's 45th anniversary (1979 – 2024)

On the morning of January 18th, 2024, Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of construction technology and equipment (CONINCO., JSC) held a conference to summarize the activities of 2023 and set the plan for 2024. Despite the economic difficulties in 2023, with a strategic direction for sustainable development, decisive and flexible leadership of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, the Board of Directors, and the concerted efforts of all employees, CONINCO exceeded the set targets by over 130%, further affirming its position as a leading consulting company in Vietnam.
At the conference review the achievements of the past year, there were Mr. Nguyen Van Cong - Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Phan Ngoc Cuong, General Director, Member of the Board of Directors, and the Executive Board of CONINCO; Chairpersons and General Directors of franchise company system of CONINCO, along with over 100 representatives more than 1000 CONINCO employees.
The conference kicked off with a repertoire of lively and gentle spring songs performed by CONINCO engineers and architects, setting the stage to celebrate the Conference on the Year-end Review of 2023 and the implementation of the Action Plan for 2024.
In his opening speech at the conference, Mr. Phan Ngoc Cuong – Member of the Board of Directors and General Director, stated that 2023 marked a successful year for CONINCO, with production targets reaching 130% of the annual plan and contract revenues exceeding 1,000 billion. To achieve these results, CONINCO overcame common difficulties and challenges, maintained its position in traditional markets, and made breakthroughs in the transportation infrastructure sector, particularly in the North-South expressway system and the mega-project of Long Thanh International Airport. The company's management and administration underwent substantial changes, focusing on depth and achieving clear objectives to enhance labor productivity and production efficiency. With the achievements attained and the united efforts of the leadership, staff, engineers, and architects of the company, the General Director expressed confidence that CONINCO would continue to strive for greater heights and success.
To provide an overview for the conference, a video summarizing CONINCO's activities in 2023 and the objectives for the 2024 plan was presented. One of CONINCO's significant achievements was the excellent completion of major projects, ensuring quality and progress. These projects included the Ho Guom Theater project, the Can Tho City development project aimed at enhancing urban adaptability, and the expansion of Dien Bien Airport project. These accomplishments strengthened customer trust and CONINCO's position in the construction industry. The efforts of the Board of Directors, the leadership, and all CONINCO employees were recognized and awarded by various government agencies and departments. These awards included commendations the Director of the Logistics Department under the Ministry of Public Security, commendations the Chairman of the People's Committee of Can Tho City, and commendations the Chairman of the People's Committee of Dien Bien Province.
In recognition and appreciation of the contributions made by outstanding individuals and units in business operations, the Chairman of the Board of Directors has issued a decision to commend and reward: 4 teams and 36 individuals who have been awarded certificates of commendation by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, 57 individuals who have been recognized as Grassroots-Level Emulation Fighter; 191 Advanced Laborer, 3 consultancy teams with high achievements, and 63 excellent consulting engineers; 16 divisions that have excellently completed and exceeded their production and business plans; and 3 affiliated companies that have achieved outstanding performance in business operations.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh - Director of Project Control Center representing the awarded units and individuals, expressed gratitude to the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Executive Board for their continuous attention, guidance, and provision of opportunities for each staff member to utilize their abilities and experiences. He highlighted the unity and efforts of employees in achieving the set goals and contributing to the company's success. The rewards presented by the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the CONINCO leadership serve as encouragement for teams and individuals, as well as motivation for every CONINCO employee to strive harder and improve themselves for the company's development
Delivering his guidance speech at the conference, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Nguyen Van Cong, congratulated the achievements resulting the collective efforts of the leadership team and employees throughout 2023, as well as the company's overall development journey. In celebration of the company's 45th anniversary, Chairman of the Board of Directors highlighted the focus areas for CONINCO in 2024. These include upgrading the company's management system, encompassing both personnel and technology aspects; training and developing a high-quality workforce to foster differentiation and sustainable competitiveness in the market; continuously updating, innovating, and implementing advanced and modern technologies to optimize work processes and enhance productivity; establishing a comprehensive database to support long-term production development in all sectors; and strengthening information connectivity to promote close and flexible coordination among different departments within the company.
To enhance business efficiency in 2024, alongside maintaining a strong presence in the traditional market, the Executive Board and relevant divisions are urged to further develop the field of construction inspection, aiming to elevate the reputation and quality standards of the CONINCO brand, consequently increasing income for employees and fostering a positive, professional, and friendly working environment. On the occasion of the upcoming Year of the Wood Dragon, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Nguyen Van Cong, extended his New Year wishes to the entire conference and their families, wishing them good health, happiness, and success.
