CONINCO Holds Mid-Year Review Conference: Strong Performance in the First Half and Strategic Direction for the Second Half of 2026

On the morning of 8 July 2026, at its Headquarters, the Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC) held its Mid-Year Review Conference to evaluate the Company's performance during the first six months of 2026 and to outline key tasks and strategic objectives for the remainder of the year. The conference was chaired by Dr. Ha Minh, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and attended by Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Bich, Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang, General Director; members of the Board of Directors, the Board of Management, heads of management departments and affiliated units, as well as representatives of the Company's mass organizations.

In his opening remarks, Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang, General Director, painted an overall picture of the Company's operations. Despite continued market volatility and the increasing complexity of large-scale projects, CONINCO has maintained stable business operations and achieved particularly encouraging results. Demonstrating the Company's remarkable growth momentum, during the first six months of 2026, the total value of newly signed contracts reached a record high, achieving nearly 260% of the planned target.

To meet strategic requirements and consolidate executive capacity across units, at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Tien Doat, Chief of Staff, announced the personnel appointment decisions for the second quarter of 2026. Specifically, the company appointed and reassigned the following officers:
• Reassigned and appointed Mr. Le Ngoc Anh to the position of Deputy Head of the Technical Management Department.
• Appointed Mr. Nguyen Viet Tinh to the position of Director of the Project Management and Investment Center (concurrently serving as Director of the Construction Management Center).
• Reassigned and appointed Mr. Le Khac Hoang Tung to the position of Standing Deputy Director of the Project Management and Investment Center.
• Assigned Mr. Phan Dang Lam to the position of Deputy Director of the Project Management and Investment Center.
• Appointed Mr. Tran Huu Thinh to the position of Deputy Director of the Survey and Design Center.
• Mr. Nguyen Manh Du to the position of Deputy Director of Construction Management Center No. 2.

Assessing the market context, General Director Nguyen Dang Quang also emphasized that CONINCO is gaining opportunities to participate in large-scale national key projects, which demand human resources that excel in both quantity and quality. To handle the growing workload and maintain the targeted growth rate of 10%, it is imperative for units to continue perfecting their organizational structures, attracting, and building a team of high-quality experts. Additionally, shifting the structure and boosting capacity in project management and urban design planning are strategic directions that must be promoted to optimize revenue efficiency and mitigate market risks.

Directing and concluding the conference, Chairman of the Board of Directors Dr. Ha Minh provided an in-depth explanation of the Company's strategic direction for the coming period. The Chairman particularly emphasized risk management and quality improvement principles. He required the entire system to strictly comply with transparency, standardization, and meticulousness when executing projects, considering this the core factor to protect the Company's reputation and ensure project safety.
