Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO) hereby discloses information on the signed transaction contract as follows:

Contract name: Contract for Consulting Services for Package 5.12: Supervision and Peer-Review Consulting Services on Construction Drawing Design - Component Project No.3: Airport Essential Facilities under the Project: Long Thanh International Airport Construction - Phase 1.

Between: Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV) with the Joint Venture of Japan Airport Consultants, Inc. (JAC) and Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO) (abbreviated as JAC - CONINCO Joint Venture).

Contract signing date: 07/07/2023.

The contract value is determined as follows:

USD 9,132,184.92 (In words: Nine million, one hundred thirty-two thousand, one hundred eighty-four US dollars and ninety-two cents)

and;

VND 382,123,921,863 (In words: Three hundred eighty-two billion, one hundred twenty-three million, nine hundred twenty-one thousand, eight hundred sixty-three Vietnamese dong)

Of which: The value of CONINCO's execution is: VND 356,323,825,462 (In words: Three hundred fifty-six billion, three hundred twenty-three million, eight hundred twenty-five thousand, four hundred sixty-two Vietnamese dong).
