CONINCO signs Supervision consulting contract for Viettel group's Southern regional central station project

In the context of the Government strongly promoting the national digital transformation, investing in modern, large-scale Data centers has become an urgent requirement and of strategic importance. On October 4, 2025, in Hanoi, CONINCO officially signed the supervision consulting contract (TVGS) for the project "Investment in Construction of TT1 Building in H158 Area, Ho Chi Minh City, as the Southern regional central station" with Viettel Management Asset. The event continues to affirm CONINCO's reputation and capabilities in consulting for high-tech projects with complex technical requirements. Construction Management Center No. 4 (T.QX4) directly undertakes this project.

The TT1 Building project in H158 Area is one of the key projects of VIETTEL GROUP aimed at building a modern, intelligent, and environmentally friendly Southern regional central station, meeting the requirements for installing server racks for data storage services, with a total investment of nearly 2,000 billion VND. The project has a scale of 07 above-ground floors and 01 penthouse floor on a construction area of approximately 1,650 m², with a total floor area of 11,700 m². The building is designed to ensure infrastructure and functionality according to the international TIER III standard of the Uptime Institute, contributing to enhancing telecommunications and information technology infrastructure, maintaining Viettel's No. 1 position in Vietnam.

Investing in large-scale data centers like the TT1 project will establish a core infrastructure foundation to realize the Government's goals for the digital economy and digital society. Viettel Group once again affirms its pioneering role as a leading state-owned enterprise in investing in high-tech fields, serving national interests.
