CONINCO participated in the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the Headquarters of the Economic Cooperation General Company/Military Region 4 (COECCO Corporation).

On the morning of November 1st, 2023, Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment - CONINCO, participated in the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the Headquarters of COECCO Corporation/Military Region 4. The ceremony took place on Le Duan Street, Trung Do Ward, Vinh City, Nghe An Province. The Major Construction Projects Management Center (T.QD) is the unit responsible for supervising the construction and installation of equipment for the project.

At the ceremony, there were representatives the leadership of the Military Region, the Client, and the participating units involved in the project. On the side of CONINCO's Supervision Consulting Unit, Mr. Tran Thanh Hai, Deputy General Director, Mr. Tran Xuan Diep, T.QD Director, and the CONINCO supervision team were present at the project site.

The construction project of the Headquarters of COECCO Corporation/Military Region 4 is one of the key construction projects that serves as a focal point for the development of Vinh City in the southern area. It not only creates value but also enhances the brand of COECCO Corporation. The project has a scale that includes one basement and 15 above-ground floors, with a construction area of 1,152 square meters and a total floor area of 15,136 square meters. The construction of COECCO aims to meet the working needs of the company's officials, employees, and affiliated units, as well as fulfill the requirements for military and defense tasks, and business operations according to the approved strategic direction by the Ministry of Defense. It provides conditions for the company to successfully complete assigned tasks and contributes to the improvement of technical infrastructure, architecture, and urban landscape.

As the unit responsible for monitoring the progress, quality, and safety of the project, CONINCO is committed to actively implementing the work tasks to ensure that the project is completed with QUALITY, ON-SCHEDULE, and SAFETY.
