PRESS RELEASE
About introducing the executive titles of the Company for the term 2022-2027

         Based on the Charter of Organization and Operation of Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC);
         Based on Resolution No. 01/2022/NQ-DHDCD dated April 29th, 2022, of the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, approving the election of members of the Board of Management, Chairman of the Board of Management for the term 2022-2027;
        Based on Resolution No. 29/2022/NQ-HDQT dated May 4th, 2022, of the Board of Management on the election of the General Director for the term 2022-2027.

         Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC) would like to introduce the executive titles of the Company for the term 2022-2027 as follows:

  1.  Chairman of the BoM: Mr. Nguyen Van Cong.
  2.  Legal representative: Mr. Nguyen Van Cong, Chairman of the BoM.
  3.  General Director: Mr. Phan Ngoc Cuong, Member of the BoM.
