CONINCO provides Construction Supervision Consulting Services for the Hotel, Office and Commercial Service Complex project at Van Phuc Traditional Craft Village

On August 9, 2026, Van Phuc Investment and Services Trading Joint Stock Company held the Groundbreaking ceremony for the "Substructure and Superstructure Work" package of the "Hotel, Office and Commercial Service Project for Traditional Craft Village Development". For this project, the Investor once again selected Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC) as the Construction Supervision Consultant, a task directly undertaken and executed by Construction Management Center No. 1 (T.QX1).

Attending the groundbreaking ceremony were Representatives of the Investor and the parties involved in the project.
Representing the Construction supervision consultant CONINCO were Mr. Le Ngoc Quang – Deputy General Director, and Mr. Tran Chien Thang – Director of T.QX1.

The project is situated on Plot HH-02 in Van Phuc Ward, Ha Dong District, Hanoi. It aims to meet the commercial and service development needs of Van Phuc Investment and Services Trading Joint Stock Company while harmoniously aligning with the development direction of the traditional silk craft village. To realize these practical objectives, the facility comprising 19 above-ground floors and three basement levels features a modern, cohesive design based on specific architectural planning criteria. Spanning a total land area of approximately 1,254 m², the actual building footprint covers about 748 m²; the Investor has prioritized the remaining space for greenery and internal roadways, ensuring an open, airy landscape that harmonizes with the surrounding area.

Participation in commercial and office complex projects in the capital further demonstrates CONINCO’s reputation and capabilities within the construction consultancy market. Backed by practical experience and solid expertise, the engineering team from CONINCO’s Construction Management Center No. 1 is committed to working closely with the Investor and the construction contractor. Every stage of implementation will be rigorously monitored to ensure the project is completed on schedule, meets quality and safety standards, and fully satisfies technical requirements and the Investor's expectations.
