CONINCO signed cooperation agreement on “Establishing Quality Standard System on steel scaffold in construction works in Vietnam” with Maruichi Steel Tube Co., Ltd in business time of Ministry of Construction to visit and work in Japan

From July 30th to August 5th, 2012, CONINCO and business team of Ministry of Construction with leader Vice Minister of Construction – Nguyen Thanh Nghi visited   and worked in Japan according to the invitation of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT). Attending the business team, from CONINCO there were Mr. Nguyen Van Cong - Chairman of BoM cum General Director, Dr. Ha Minh – Deputy General Director.
During time in Japan, CONINCO participated in general activities of business team such as: worked with Standing Deputy Chairman of JICA – Mr. Arakawa Hiroto; worked with Deputy Minister of Parliament of MLIT – Mr. Shogo Tsugawa and attended the Conference on “Experience on underground infrastructure plan, development and management” and “Experience on ecological urban development” with Mr. Naoyoshi Sato – Deputy Minister of MLIT; worked with Japan Society of Civil Engineers (JSCE);  visted construction work Ga Shibuya (underground work), projects of typical ecological urban development, intelligent urban; worked with mayor of Yokohama city; visited scientific, technological city Tsukuba, in this city, business team worked with Research Institutes such as: National Institute for Land and Infrastructure Management (NILIM), Public Works Research Institute (PWRI) and Building Research Institute (BRI) under MLIT, in the campus of this scientific, technological city, business team visited many big, modern testing complexes such as: noise lab, resistance lab (ratio 1/1 – biggest in the world), flow and barrage lab...; worked with Kinki area development office on operation organization model of area management agency under MLIT.

In this business time in Japan, the business team worked with Corporations, enterprises of Japan including Nippon Steel, Nippon Steel, Nikken Seikken, Asahi Kaisei, Maruichi and Taisei.

Beside general activities with business team of Ministry of Construction, Consultant and Inspection Joint stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment-CONINCO got the Cooperation Agreement on “Establishing Quality Standard System on steel scaffold in construction works in Vietnam” with Maruichi Steel Tube Co., Ltd (Japan) – one of companies getting the biggest market on steel tube production in Japan.
The cooperation agreement includes following main contents:
- The two parties cooperate to establish “Quality Standard System on steel scaffold in construction works in Vietnam”;
- The two parties cooperate to popularize Standard System on steel scaffold to management agencies, enterprises on construction;
- The two parties cooperate to investigate, research demand and reality of using steel scaffold in construction works in Vietnam, and analyze difficulties, advantages when using steel scaffold and propose applied methods to bring economic effectiveness and labor safety;
- Organizing seminars, conferences, exhibitions to introduce and exchange of using steel scaffold in Vietnam construction works;
- Cooperating to deploy training activities when using, maintaining and unfastening steel scaffold when constructing, repairing, demolishing buildings, construction works in Vietnam;
- Collecting and synthesizing contribution ideas of construction enterprises during application process of “Quality Standard System on steel scaffold in Vietnam construction works” and giving forms, suitable using methods in Vietnam;
- Making reports of statistics and evaluation of using Standard System on steel scaffold applied in construction works in Vietnam

The business travel of business team of Ministry of Construction and enterprises under Ministry of Construction in Japan received the royal welcome from authorized agencies, occupational associations, enterprises in Japan. Through this business travel, the business team had chance to study and learn experiences from Japan, get many cooperation agreements on construction between two countries.

With CONINCO, signing agreement on “Establishing quality standard system on steel scaffold in construction works in Vietnam” with Maruichi is an important progress in quality improvement, safety assurance, construction technology modernization of construction works in Vietnam in the future.
