CONINCO Attends the Handover Ceremony of the Headquarters for the High People's Procuracy in Da Nang

On October 4, 2024, the Headquarters of the High People's Procuracy in Da Nang was officially handed over and put into operation. The project commenced on August 12, 2023, and after 368 days of accelerated construction, it was completed, meeting all quality, technical, architectural aesthetic, and labor safety requirements. The Transportation Works Center (T.GT) of CONINCO successfully performed project management consulting services, ensuring timely completion and contributing to the project’s overall success.

Attending the handover ceremony, representatives from the Supreme People's Procuracy included Mr. Nguyen Huy Tien – Chief Procurator, and Deputy Chief Procurators Nguyen Duy Giang, Nguyen Quang Dung, and Ho Duc Anh. From the local government, Mr. Ho Ky Minh – Standing Vice Chairman of the Da Nang City People's Committee, was present. Additionally, Mr. Nguyen Van Buong – Chief Justice of the High People’s Court in Da Nang, represented the High People’s Court.

From the High People's Procuracy in Da Nang, Mr. Pham Van Can – Chief Procurator, Deputy Chief Procurators, and leaders from various departments and offices attended. The event also welcomed representatives from contracting units involved in the project. Representing CONINCO were Mr. Nguyen Huu Truong, Deputy General Director, and Mr. Le Hoang Hai, Director of the Transportation Works Center.

The headquarters is situated on a 2,123-square-meter plot of land on Xo Viet Nghe Tinh Street, Khue Trung Ward, Cam Le District, Da Nang City. The project, initiated on August 12, 2023, is classified as a first-class civil construction (Group B) with a total investment of 100 billion VND funded by the Central Government budget. The facility comprises an 8-story main office building (excluding the technical floor), a guard house, a reception area, a waiting room, and other auxiliary structures.

Completed with a spacious, modern design, the headquarters is functionally suitable and enhances the operational efficiency of its users. It embodies the dignity and grandeur of the Procuracy in the Central and Central Highlands regions while maintaining a sustainable and people-friendly design that strengthens ties between the government and the public.

As the Project Management Consultant, CONINCO recognized the significance of this project in improving working conditions, fostering modernization, and aligning with judicial reform goals. The project also adds a notable architectural highlight to Da Nang City, improving the urban landscape and environment. Under the close direction of the investor, CONINCO collaborated with construction units and professional agencies to ensure the project’s completion met the highest standards of quality, timeliness, and safety.
