CONINCO participated in the Topping-Off Ceremony for the Headquarters Building of the Counter-Narcotics Police Department - Ministry of Public Security

On the afternoon of September 4th, 2024, the headquarters building of the Counter-Narcotics Police Department (C04) was officially topped off after six months of construction on Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi. Construction Management Center No. 4 (T.QX4) under Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of construction technology and equipment acted as the Project's supervision consultant.

Representatives of the Employer, Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Vien, the Secretary of the Party Committee, the Director of C04, and representatives of the units participating in the project attended the top-off ceremony.

Commenced at the beginning of 2024, despite facing numerous challenges such as weather conditions, limited construction space, and unforeseen obstacles, the project reached its topping-off milestone within six months of implementation. The experienced and reputable engineering teams from consulting companies and construction contractors, driven by a strong sense of responsibility, successfully achieved the project's schedule while ensuring construction quality and labor safety.

Speaking at the Topping-Off Ceremony, Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Vien, the Secretary of the Party Committee, the Director of C04, acknowledged and commended the achievements of the consulting firms and construction contractors. To ensure the project's quality, timely completion, and compliance with legal regulations upon its commissioning, the Director emphasized the need for close collaboration among participating units to facilitate the implementation of the subsequent work. This includes organizing the completion of the project's exterior, as well as traffic integration works, to ensure completion before December 31st, 2024.
