CONINCO attends the topping-out ceremony of Subproject 1 and the groundbreaking ceremony of Subproject 2 under the “Expansion of the Ministry of Public Security Headquarters at 47 Pham Van Dong” Project.

On December 29, 2025, in Hanoi, CONINCO attended the topping-out ceremony of Subproject No. 01 and the groundbreaking ceremony of Subproject No. 02 under the “Expansion of the Ministry of Public Security Headquarters at 47 Pham Van Dong” Project.

The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Department of Logistics (H07) – Ministry of Public Security.
Representing CONINCO were Mr. Phan Ngoc Cuong, Member of the Board of Directors; Mr. Nguyen Huy Quang, Deputy General Director, together with the CONINCO supervision consultancy team currently deployed on site.

The project to expand the Ministry of Public Security Headquarters at No. 47 Pham Van Dong Street (Project TS02-12) is a key project of significant importance, contributing to the enhancement of infrastructure and meeting the operational and working requirements of the Ministry’s forces. For this project, CONINCO serves as the Construction Supervision Consultant, working closely with the Investor to strictly control quality, schedule, and occupational safety.

The topping-out ceremony of Sub-project No. 01 marked an important milestone following a period of dedicated efforts in completing the structural works, in full compliance with the approved schedule. Immediately thereafter, the groundbreaking ceremony for Sub-project No. 02 was solemnly held, officially commencing a new construction phase with more stringent technical and schedule requirements.

In his remarks and instructions at the ceremony, the representative of the Department of Logistics under the Ministry of Public Security acknowledged and highly appreciated the strong sense of responsibility demonstrated by CONINCO’s consulting team and the contractors. Despite construction works being carried out in a sensitive area with strict security and high technical requirements, all parties showed professionalism and dedication, maintaining a constant on-site presence to promptly address emerging issues.
