CONINCO attends the Topping-out Ceremony and Launch of “90-day and night acceleration campaign” for National Data Center No. 1

Amid the nationwide drive toward digital transformation, on May 4, 2025, the National Data Center under the Ministry of Public Security held the Topping-out Ceremony and launched the “90-day and night acceleration campaign” for the National Data Center No. 1 project. The event marks a significant milestone, underscoring the determination to complete this key national project on schedule. Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of construction technology and equipment – CONINCO has been entrusted with the role of supervision consultant.
The ceremony was attended by Major General Nguyen Ngoc Cuong – Director of the National Data Center, representatives of the project owner, and related units involved in project implementation. Representing CONINCO were Mr. Phan Ngoc Cuong – General Director together with the on-site supervision team.
National Data Center No. 1 is a flagship project of the Ministry of Public Security, built on a large scale with cutting-edge technology that meets international standards of security and information safety. The project plays a crucial role in establishing a unified national data infrastructure, serving state management, safeguarding national security and defense, and supporting socio-economic development.
On behalf of the project implementation units, Mr. Phan Ngoc Cuong – General Director of CONINCO expressed the honor of participating in this national priority project. He pledged that CONINCO would strengthen coordination with all stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery. Specifically, during the 90-day campaign, CONINCO will mobilize maximum resources and equipment to supervise construction quality across three continuous shifts, expediting project progress.
