CONINCO attends the Groundbreaking ceremony for Dai An bridge connecting to Hai Duong city beltway 1

On the morning of February 8, Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC) attended the Groundbreaking Ceremony for Dai An bridge connecting to Hai Duong city beltway 1.

Attending the groundbreaking ceremony, on the side of Hai Duong province were Mr. Le Ngoc Chau - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Bich - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Luu Van Ban - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
On the side of the Employer, there was Ms. Truong Tu Phuong - Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Dai An Joint Stock Company.
On the side of CONINCO, there were Mr. Le Ngoc Quang - Deputy General Director; Mr. Tran Chien Thang - Director of T.QX1.

In the period of 2021-2025, Hai Duong province will implement many important traffic projects, including the Beltway I of Hai Duong city. The route is planned to be about 30 km long, intersecting with many national highways, provincial roads, forming a belt surrounding Hai Duong city, connecting industrial parks and important functional areas of Hai Duong city. At the same time, it connects inter-regionally with Gia Loc, Cam Giang, Nam Sach, Thanh Ha, Tu Ky districts, creating favorable conditions to promote socio-economic development in Hai Duong city and the province.

The Dai An bridge project connecting Gia Loc and Cam Giang districts has a bridge and approach road length of about 265 m, width of 25 m. The starting point of the project connects the road part, within the scope of the construction project of Hai Duong City's Beltway I, from Vo Nguyen Giap Street to the Dai An Industrial Park expansion; the end point connects the boundary of the Dai An Industrial Park expansion project (phase II). The project was proposed to be sponsored by Dai An Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of about 250 billion VND.

The Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee approved, received funding and assigned Dai An Joint Stock Company as the Employer, proposed the project and organized the construction investment. After the sponsor completes the project, it will organize acceptance and handover to Hai Duong province for management and use. It is expected that after the groundbreaking ceremony, the project will officially start construction in March 2025; and will be completed and put into operation and use in May 2026.
