CONINCO Attended the Plaque Unveiling Ceremony for Tran Phu Primary School, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi

On the morning of September 27, 2024, Hoang Mai District held the plaque unveiling ceremony for Tran Phu Primary School in Tran Phu Ward. This city-level project is part of the celebrations commemorating the 70th anniversary of the Capital's Liberation (October 10, 1954 – October 10, 2024). The Underground Works Center (T.CN) – CONINCO successfully completed its role as the quality supervision consultant for the project, enhancing the area's landscape and meeting the educational needs of local children.

The ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Minh Tam, Deputy Secretary of the Hoang Mai District Party Committee and Chairman of the Hoang Mai District People's Committee; Mr. Giang Chi Trung, Director of the Hoang Mai District Project Management Unit; leaders from the District Party Committee, District People's Committee, Tran Phu Ward, and the administration of Tran Phu Primary School; as well as representatives from units involved in the project.
Representing CONINCO at the event was Mr. Nguyen Manh Tuan, Member of the Board of Directors and Deputy General Director.

In the 2024-2025 academic year, Hanoi continues to expand its educational infrastructure. To address the shortage of schools and align with modern educational trends, the construction of numerous schools with adequate scale and advanced facilities is essential.

Tran Phu Primary School is one such project commemorating the 70th anniversary of the Capital's Liberation. Groundbreaking began on November 28, 2022, on a 7,000-square-meter plot. The project includes three four-story buildings comprising: 30 classrooms; Specialized classrooms; Administrative offices; A kitchen and dining hall; A multi-purpose room; A library; Supporting facilities and a synchronized technical infrastructure system. The total investment for the project was nearly 141.4 billion VND, funded by the city’s budget.

Upon completion, the school will significantly improve teaching conditions for educators and the learning environment for students. It also boosts parents’ confidence in Tran Phu Primary School and the broader educational system of Hoang Mai District. Additionally, the project enhances the architectural and landscape aesthetics of Tran Phu Ward.
