CONINCO attends the Inauguration and Nameplate Ceremony of the headquarters of the Police Investigation Agency - Ministry of Public Security

On August 9, 2025, in Hanoi, Office of the Police Investigation Agency (CSDT) of the Ministry of Public Security held the Inauguration and nameplate ceremony for its new headquarters. This is one of the key projects selected to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the People's Public Security Forces (CAND). The Center of International Cooperation and Consultancy (T.3C) under the Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC), as a Design Consulting unit, is proud to have contributed to the creation of a modern and strategic project.

The ceremony was honored to have the participation of Comrade Nguyen Duy Ngoc - Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee.
On the side of the Ministry of Public Security, there were the presence of Deputy Ministers: Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Long, Lieutenant General Dang Hong Duc and leaders of the functional departments of the Ministry, Hanoi City Police, and project implementing units.
On the side of CONINCO, there were Mr. Le Nguyen Giap - Deputy General Director; Architect. Do Nhu Duc - Director of T.3C.

Before the ceremony, delegates respectfully offered incense at the memorial site of President Ho Chi Minh and participated in planting commemorative trees in the headquarters campus, creating a green and meaningful space for the project.

Work of determination, outpace the progress

Speaking at the ceremony, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Long - Deputy Minister of Public Security, emphasized: The project of the headquarters of the Police Investigation Agency - Ministry of Public Security is a testament to the special attention of the Central Public Security Party Committee and the Ministry's leaders since 2021, and is a key project within the strategy of modernizing the Police Investigation Force with a vision to 2050.

Starting construction on August 16, 2024, on a total area of more than 10.3 hectares, the project is a closed, synchronous architectural complex. With the spirit of "overcoming the sun, overcoming the rain", working urgently and scientifically, after only nearly 12 months of construction, the project has completed 100% of the volume, 242 days ahead of schedule compared to the approved plan. This impressive achievement not only ensures quality, aesthetics, and absolute safety, but also improves economic efficiency, contributing to budget savings.

Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Long commended, acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the Employer, functional units, contractors and consultants. This is a great determination and effort of a united and responsible collective.

At the ceremony, CONINCO was honored to receive a Certificate of Merit from the Employer for its outstanding achievements in project implementation.
