CONINCO attends the groundbreaking ceremony for 3 rental housing projects and 5 urban railway lines in Hanoi

On the morning of June 22, 2026, the Hanoi People's Committee held a groundbreaking ceremony for five urban railway lines and three rental housing projects, attended by Prime Minister Le Minh Hung. This is the largest infrastructure and social welfare investment event ever undertaken in the capital. As part of this series of key projects, the Underground Works Center (T.CN) of Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC) is the Construction and Equipment installation supervision consultant for the rental housing project in Viet Hung ward.

Also attending the groundbreaking ceremony were Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Tran Duc Thang, Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Vu Dai Thang, leaders from ministries and departments, and representatives from all parties involved in the project.
Representing CONINCO were Mr. Nguyen Manh Tuan – Member of the Board of Directors, Deputy General Director; Mr. Nguyen Tuan Ngoc – Director of T.CN.

The groundbreaking ceremony marks a strategically significant step for Hanoi in completing its modern urban infrastructure planning. Along with the urban railway system, diversifying housing products is considered a key task to meet the practical needs of the people. In particular, the housing project in Viet Hung ward, invested by the Hanoi Project Management Board of Civil Construction Investment, has a scale of 1,166 apartments with a total investment of approximately 3,563 billion VND. The project utilizes public resources, creating a foundation for gradually forming a new, sustainable, and integrated housing segment.
