CONINCO Attends Groundbreaking Ceremony for Central Administration Building at Vietnam National University, Hanoi Campus

On the morning of 27 September 2024, Vietnam National University, Hanoi held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Central Administration Building - Vietnam National University, Hanoi Central Area, part of the project "Development of Vietnam National Universities - Vietnam National University, Hanoi Sub-project" in Thach Hoa commune, Thach That district, Hanoi. The Underground Works Center (UWC) - CONINCO is the construction quality supervision consultancy unit.

Attending the groundbreaking ceremony from Vietnam National University, Hanoi was Prof. Dr. Quan - Party Secretary, Director of Vietnam National University, Hanoi; representing the World Bank (WB) was Ms. Sherman - Country Director for Vietnam, Laos & Cambodia; and representatives of units participating in the project.

From CONINCO, Mr. Cuong - Member of the Board of Directors, General Director; Mr. Ngoc - Director of UWC and the supervision consultancy team were present.

The Central Administration Building of Vietnam National University, Hanoi Central Area is being constructed on a land area of approximately 53,157m2 with a scale of 12 floors above ground. The building complex includes 04 blocks connected by skyways, bordering the Vietnam-Japan University and University of Education to the East, the Advanced Research Institute to the West; and the University of Natural Sciences & University of Engineering (Vietnam National University, Hanoi) to the South. The Vietnam National University, Hanoi construction investment project is a key project aimed at developing education in Vietnam; upon completion, the central administration building will contribute to facilitating the management and operation of educational and research activities in this area.
