CONINCO Attends the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Housing Construction Project for Military Personnel's Families in Bac Giang Ward, Bac Ninh Province

On the morning of June 30, 2026, at Plot No. 8-CC-3, Bac Giang Ward, Bac Ninh Province, 789 Corporation under the Ministry of National Defence held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Housing Construction Project for Military Personnel's Families.
The project is being implemented to meet the housing needs of military personnel and their families, thereby contributing to the effective implementation of the social welfare policies of the Party, the State, and the Army. It is the first project in a series of housing developments for military personnel's families.
Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC) serves as the Construction Supervision Consultant for the project.
Attending the ceremony were Major General Ha Nhu Loi, Deputy Director of the General Department of Logistics and Technical Services and Standing Deputy Head of the Steering Committee for Housing Policy of the Ministry of National Defence; Mr. Pham Van Thinh, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh Province; along with representatives of agencies and units under the Ministry of National Defence and local authorities
Representing CONINCO were Mr. Nguyen Huu Truong, Deputy General Director; Mr. Ngo Ngoc Phac, Deputy Director of the Traffic Works Center; and members of the Construction Supervision Consultant team.
The Housing Construction Project for Military Personnel's Families is being developed in synchronization with modern technical infrastructure and supporting facilities, meeting requirements for construction quality, architectural aesthetics, and sustainable urban development. Upon completion, the project will contribute to improving living conditions and providing a stable living environment for military personnel's families, while also making a positive contribution to the socio-economic development of the locality.
For this project, the Traffic Works Center of Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC) has been appointed as the Construction Supervision Consultant. Leveraging its extensive experience gained from participating in thousands of civil, industrial, infrastructure, and defense projects nationwide, CONINCO will work closely with the Employer and contractors to monitor construction quality, progress, occupational safety, and environmental protection throughout the construction process, ensuring that the project is implemented in accordance with the approved design, technical requirements, and applicable regulations.
Being entrusted once again by the Employer to provide construction supervision consultancy services for this significant project further demonstrates CONINCO's competence, reputation, and leading position in the construction consultancy sector.
