CONINCO attends the groundbreaking ceremony of the International Student Training Center under the People's Security University

On September 30, 2025, in Ho Chi Minh City, the People's Security University held the Groundbreaking ceremony of the International Student Training Center. The Center of International Cooperation and Consultancy (T.3C) under CONINCO., JSC is honored to be selected by the Employer as the Project management unit for this project.

The ceremony was attended and presided over by Major General Tran Van Tuan - Secretary of the Party Committee and Principal of the University. Also in attendance were representatives from the Department of Construction Management and Barracks - Ministry of Public Security, University Board, representatives from various units and organizations, international students of the University, and units participating in the project.
Representing CONINCO was Mr. Le Nguyen Giap – Deputy General Director.

Speaking at the ceremony, Major General Tran Van Tuan emphasized the importance of the project in the University's development strategy. This will be a highlight in the process of moving towards the goal of 2030, when the People's Security University will become a nationally accredited, formal, elite, and modern, meeting the requirements of the new era.

The International Student Training Center project is built on an area of 1,150m², with a total floor area of 7,700m². The building has 8 above-ground floors and 1 penthouse floor, with a height of 33.55m. Upon completion, the facility will provide a modern and comfortable learning and living environment, including:
• 83 self-contained rooms for students.
• Functional areas: dining hall, 5 theoretical classrooms, 1 computer room, library, and a 250-seat auditorium.
• In-depth professional practice rooms: forensic science, photography, criminal investigation, situational training, etc.
• A comprehensive and advanced system of equipment: intelligent building management system (BMS), security control, air conditioning and ventilation, fire protection, elevators, and backup generator.

As the Project Management Unit, CONINCO is committed to closely coordinating with the Employer and contractors, applying professional management processes to supervise and coordinate the project. CONINCO will strive to ensure the project is completed on schedule, meeting quality, safety, and efficiency standards, contributing to the education and training of the Public Security sector.
