CONINCO attends Groundbreaking Ceremony of Chiyoda High-end Commercial and Residence Complex in Hai Phong

In April 2025, Chiyoda Vietnam Co., Ltd, the Employer, held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Chiyoda High-end Commercial and Residence Complex at Lot CT3, Water Front City Urban Area, Vinh Niem Ward, Le Chan District, Hai Phong City. The Center of International Cooperation and Consultancy (T.3C) under Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC) is the supervision consultant and project management support unit.
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Duc Tho - Vice Chairman of Hai Phong People’s Committee, representatives of the Employer, and project partners.
Representing CONINCO were Mr. Le Nguyen Giap - Deputy General Director and the project consulting engineers.
The Chiyoda Commercial and Residence Complex is located in one of Hai Phong’s most dynamic development areas, close to arterial transport routes and commercial hubs, providing convenient access to the city’s key destinations in economy, healthcare, education, and entertainment.
The project comprises 21 floors above ground, including a 3-story podium and an 18-story tower, developed to Japanese standards with the aim of offering residents a modern, comfortable, and luxurious living space.
Following the success of The Minato Residence, the Chiyoda project not only contributes to transforming Hai Phong’s urban landscape but also creates opportunities for economic growth, job creation, and improve quality of life for the surrounding community. Once completed, it will meet the demand for premium housing and shopping facilities for both local residents and foreign professionals living and working in Hai Phong.
