CONINCO attends the groundbreaking ceremony for the high-rise apartment building - CH03 at ParkCity Hanoi urban area

On March 24, 2026, Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC) attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the Parc Régent Park City apartment project (Zone CH-03). In this project, the Center of International Cooperation & Consultancy (T.3C) is the consulting unit responsible for construction drawings verification and providing construction supervision services.

Attending the groundbreaking ceremony were representatives from the investor's leadership and the units involved in the project. On CONINCO's side, there were Ms. Do Nhu Duc - Director of T.3C Center and the Construction supervision team.

Located on Le Trong Tan Street, Duong Noi Ward, Ha Dong District, Hanoi City, the Parc Régent Park City project is invested by Vietnam International Township Development Joint Stock Company (VIDC), with a total investment of approximately 1,300 billion VND. Planned on a land area of nearly 13,000 m2 with a total floor area of over 100,000 m2, the complex features a unique architectural design and a towering structure reaching up to 24 above-ground floors. The building structure includes a 4-story podium and 3 independent apartment towers. A distinctive feature of Parc Régent Park City is the complete absence of basement. Instead, the investor has cleverly planned a spacious parking area of nearly 18,000 m2 spanning the 4 above-ground floors of the podium, optimizing space, ensuring natural ventilation, and guaranteeing fire safety.

Aiming to create a high-quality living space for approximately 1,500 residents, more than 300 apartments here are surrounded by a meticulously maintained ecological landscape. The project dedicates nearly 3,000 m2 to green spaces and walking paths, and about 400 m2 to community areas, providing a relaxing and cohesive living environment. Notably, the elevated parking area is also designed with priority spaces specifically for people with disabilities, demonstrating deep consideration for all users.
