CONINCO Attends Groundbreaking Ceremony and Assumes Supervision Consultant Role for Landmark 35 Ha Long Project

On March 14, in Ha Long City (Quang Ninh Province), the Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC) attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the Landmark 35 Ha Long project. For this project, the International Cooperation and Consultancy Center (T.3C), a subsidiary of CONINCO, is acting as the Construction Supervision Consultant.

Situated in a prime location on Tran Hung Dao Street, Hong Gai Ward, in the heart of Ha Long City, the Landmark 35 commercial, service, office, and luxury apartment complex is designed as a large-scale development by a joint venture between IGG Ha Long Joint Stock Company and Global Investment Financial Consulting Joint Stock Company (Global Invest). Spanning a land area of over 10,000 m², the project features a massive design consisting of two towers, each with 35 above-ground floors and 2 basements. Once operational, Landmark 35 is expected to provide 621 luxury commercial apartments to the market, integrated with a bustling retail podium, modern office spaces, and a full range of integrated amenities.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Pham Duc Hieu – Head of the CONINCO Supervision Team – expressed his gratitude for the Employer’s trust while clearly affirming the consultant’s responsibilities: "In our role, we commit to carrying out supervision in a rigorous, objective, and professional manner to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with the design and technical standards, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule compliance."

To ensure the project reaches a successful completion, the CONINCO representative also placed special emphasis on the spirit of close collaboration and comprehensive coordination at the construction site: "We will also coordinate closely with the Investor, the design unit, and the contractors deliver the project effectively, aiming toward the goal of delivering a high-quality and sustainable development."

The groundbreaking of Landmark 35 Ha Long further affirms CONINCO’s strong track record in large-scale projects within Quang Ninh Province.
