CONINCO attends Groundbreaking Ceremony of Military Region 4 Museum - Vinh City, Nghe An

On the morning of February 7th, 2025, the Political Department of Military Region 4 held the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the Military Region 4 Museum in Vinh City, Nghe An Province. Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of construction technology and equipment (CONINCO., JSC) serves as the supervision consultant for the project.

The ceremony was attended by Lieutenant General Ha Tho Binh - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Commander of Military Region 4; Lieutenant General Tran Vo Dung - Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of Military Region 4; members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee; senior leaders of the Command; leaders of the Political Department; commanders of several departments and units of Military Region 4; representatives from provincial agencies in Nghe An; Vinh University; and project partners. 
Representing CONINCO were Mr. Le Nguyen Giap - Deputy General Director and the supervision consulting team.

Established on December 22nd, 1966, the Military Region 4 Museum has played a vital role in preserving and promoting the historical, cultural, and military heritage of the North Central region. Over nearly 60 years of development, the Museum has collected, preserved, and displayed more than 20,000 artifacts, images, and historical documents, welcoming over 80,000 visitors  annually. Its exhibition system includes four key components: The Museum Exhibition Hall; the Memorial and Martyrs’ Relics Display House; the outdoor exhibition space; and the national historic site “Memorial of President Ho Chi Minh’s Visit to Military Region 4” on June 15th, 1957.
Toward the 80th anniversary of the traditional day of the Armed Forces of Military Region 4 (October 15th, 1945 - October 15th, 2025), the Central Military Commission and Ministry of National Defense approved Phase 1 of the project with a total investment of VND 90 billion, covering an area of 4,200 square meters.

Once completed, the Military Region 4 Museum will stand as a modern architectural landmark of Vinh City and serve as a comprehensive cultural institution. It will vividly reflect the glorious traditions and rich military heritage of the North Central region, functioning as a cultural and historical hub, an educational destination for young generations, a tourist attraction, and a community cultural venue for officers, soldiers, students, residents, and visitors.
