CONINCO participated in the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the Headquarters Office for the Quang Ninh Provincial Police.

On the morning of March 7th, 2023, Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of construction technology and equipment (CONINCO., JSC) participated in the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the Headquarters Office for the Quang Ninh Provincial Police (Headquarters 1) in Hong Ha Ward, Ha Long City. The Construction Design and Management Center (T.TQ) is the project management consultant.

Comrade General To Lam - Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Public Security, Minister of Public Security, representative of the Ministry of Public Security, attended the groundbreaking ceremony.
From Quang Ninh province, there were the following comrades: Nguyen Xuan Ky - Member of the Central Party Executive Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Cao Tuong Huy - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Dang Xuan Phuong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly.
From CONINCO, there were Mr. Phan Ngoc Cuong - Member of the Board of Directors, General Director; Mr. Pham Quang Huy - Director of the Construction Design and Management Center, and members of project management consultant.

The investment project for the construction of the headquarters of the Quang Ninh Provincial Police has a scale of 1 basement floor and 13.5 above-ground floors, with a total investment of 796 billion Vietnamese dong. It is located in Hong Ha Ward, Ha Long City, on a land area of nearly 28,000 square meters. The project includes various components such as leadership and officer workspaces, central command room, online meeting room, conference room, library room, heritage room, technical infrastructure facilities, and other supporting elements. The project is equipped with modern equipment and systems, such as an intelligent building management system, fire alarm and firefighting system, centralized air conditioning, and sound system, aiming to enhance the capacity, physical infrastructure, and information technology of the local police force. It ensures the fulfillment of work requirements for officers and soldiers of the People's Police stationed in Hong Ha Ward, Ha Long City, to carry out their tasks of maintaining public security, social order, and safety, as well as contributing to the development of the economy and society in Quang Ninh Province. The project aims to provide the local residents with an increasingly prosperous, peaceful, and happy life.

The Quang Ninh Provincial Police Headquarters is the largest construction project ever undertaken for a headquarters building in Quang Ninh province. It will be a special project to welcome the 16th Party Congress of Quang Ninh province for the 2025-2030 term and celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People's Police (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025).

General To Lam - Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Public Security, and Minister of Public Security, emphasized at the ceremony: "This is a project of great importance, aiming to celebrate important political events of the ry, the People's Police force, and Quang Ninh province. Once completed, this project will undoubtedly transform the appearance of the command headquarters of the Quang Ninh Provincial Police, effectively serving the combat and development efforts of the police force, making it stronger and more developed."
