CONINCO participated in the topping-out ceremony of the Luxora Bac Giang mixed-use residential and commercial development project

On July 29, 2026, the topping-out ceremony for the mixed-use residential and commercial development project, Zone 2 (LUXORA Bac Giang), was successfully held. This event marked a significant phase in the project, achieved through close collaboration between the investor - New Goldsun, the general contractor - Quang Trung, and the construction supervision consultant - CONINCO.

Attending the topping-out ceremony were representatives from the project's participating units. Representing the Investor - New Goldsun Joint Stock Company were Mr. Bui Hong Huy - Deputy General Director and Mr. Nguyen Van Dong – Manager of Project Management Board.
Representing the Construction supervision consultant - CONINCO were Mr. Luu Minh Hai – Chief Supervision Consultant and Mr. Nguyen Trung Kien - Deputy Head of the Construction supervision team.
From General Contractor, there were representatives from the leadership and site management team of Quang Trung Group Joint Stock Company.

Located in the center of Bac Giang city, Bac Ninh province, Luxora is a key apartment, commercial, and service complex developed by New Goldsun Joint Stock Company. The project is designed with two 28-story towers and one basement level. Inspired by the imagery of the Yen The sword blade and the Thuong River, the project offers a total of 688 units, including 640 apartments and 48 duplexes. A highlight of Luxora Bac Giang is its diverse range of integrated amenities, including an Onsen area, a four-season swimming pool, a Sky Garden, a Cloud Forest, an indoor pickleball court, and a modern shopping center.

At this project, the construction supervision team from Construction Management Center No. 2 consistently monitored the construction site, applying strict control procedures to ensure labor safety, material quality, and construction in accordance with the approved design documents. The on-schedule topping-out ceremony is clear evidence of the professional competence and effective coordination of all participating parties.

Entering the final construction and installation phase of the Mechanical and Electrical (MEP) systems, Construction Management Center No. 2 - CONINCO is committed to continuing to uphold its sense of responsibility and closely supervise each item to ensure the successful completion of the LUXORA Bac Giang project, meeting the highest technical and quality standards upon handover for use.
