CONINCO Participates in Project Management Consulting for the Museum of the Communist Party of Vietnam: A Project of Historical Significance

On the morning of February 3, 2026, in the heroic atmosphere commemorating the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2026) and celebrating the success of the 14th National Congress of the Party, the Office of the Central Committee of the Party organized the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction project of the Museum of the Communist Party of Vietnam. This is a cultural-historical project of particularly important significance, a place to preserve and recreate the glorious path of the Party in the cause of national liberation and national construction. The Center of International Cooperation and Consultancy (T.3C) under Consultant and inspection join stock company of construction technology and equipment - CONINCO is honored to be entrusted with the role of project management consulting unit.

The ceremony was honored by the presence of leaders and former high-level leaders of the Party and State: General Secretary To Lam, former General Secretary Nong Duc Manh; Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, former Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung; former National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung; Permanent Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu. Also attending were members of the Politburo, Central Committee Secretaries, leaders of central committees, ministries, branches, Hanoi city, and representatives of international organizations in Vietnam. The presence of the highest levels of leadership affirmed the strategic stature and symbolic value of the project for national history.
From CONINCO, attendees included Dr. Ha Minh - Chairman of the Board and Mr. Le Nguyen Giap - Deputy General Director. Being selected to accompany a national key project is not only an honor but also clear evidence of CONINCO's reputation, capabilities, and position in managing projects with stringent requirements in technology, aesthetics, and ideological value, political significance of the country.

The Museum is built in the new urban area of West Lake West, Hanoi, with a construction area of about 10,000-12,000 m², implemented through public investment. The expected completion time is 2029. The planning idea and architectural scheme of the Museum of the Communist Party of Vietnam originate from traditional values, the solid roots of Vietnamese culture with characteristics of bamboo villages, water wharves. The architectural work expresses the wisdom, aspiration for self-reliance of Vietnam in the new era. With architectural mass symbolizing "steel ramparts rising" combined with digital technology to create a world-leading smart, modern museum, profoundly and powerfully expressing the spirit of great national unity, the flesh-and-blood attachment between the Party and the people in the journey of building and firmly protecting the independence, freedom, and happiness of the nation.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Deputy Chief of the Central Committee Office Vo Thanh Hung stated that the Communist Party of Vietnam Museum is not only a place to preserve precious artifacts and documents about the formation and development process of the Party, but also a center for ideological research, education, revolutionary traditions for today's and future generations.

To encourage the spirit of the forces participating in the project implementation, comrade Pham Gia Tuc - Member of the Politburo, Central Committee Secretary, Chief of the Central Committee Office presented meaningful gifts to the units; expressing the close concern of the investor and also a reminder of the responsibility, pride, and determination to complete the tasks of each cadre, engineer on the construction site.
