CONINCO participates as Project Management and Construction Supervision Consultant for the Worker and Expert Accommodation Project within the Expanded Dai An Industrial Park worth over 1,100 billion VND

On June 26, 2026, the Hai Phong City People's Committee, in coordination with Dai An Industry Zone Infrastructure Development Limited Company, held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the construction project of the Service Functional Area (Accommodation for Workers and Experts) within the expanded Dai An Industrial Park in Tu Minh Ward. In this project, the Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO) assumes the roles of Project Management and Construction Supervision Consultant.

The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by leaders of Hai Phong City: Mr. Le Ngoc Chau – Secretary of the City Party Committee; Mr. Do Thanh Trung – Chairman of the City People's Committee; Mr. Le Van Hieu – Chairman of the City People's Council; and Mr. Le Anh Quan – Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee. On the Investor's side, there was Mr. Tuong Duy Long – General Director of Dai An Joint Stock Company.
Representing CONINCO at the event were Mr. Le Ngoc Quang – Deputy General Director and Mr. Tran Chien Thang – Director of Construction Management Center No. 1 (T.QX1). This participation in this project further demonstrates CONINCO's proven expertise and strong reputation in construction consultancy across Vietnam.

The Service Functional Area Project within the Dai An Industrial Park Expansion is built on an area of over 4.28 hectares. The scale of the project includes seven 10-story buildings, providing 1,074 apartments for workers, along with 14 commercial and service structures standing 3 to 4 stories high, providing 55 rental units for experts. The project will also include a comprehensive and modern infrastructure and utility system.

With a total investment capital of over VND 1,100 billion, the project is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2027. This is one of the city's rental housing projects implemented immediately following the directives of General Secretary and President To Lam in Notice No. 64-TB/VPTW dated May 22, 2026, on housing development policies for the new period, and the conclusions of the Prime Minister in Notice No. 286/TB-VPCP dated June 4, 2026. Once completed, the project will not only address the practical housing needs of workers but also contribute to perfecting the social infrastructure, laying the foundation for a modern industrial ecosystem capable of attracting and retaining a highly skilled workforce.
