CONINCO launches Railway Engineering Consulting Center - A strategic step to develop the railway market

On the morning of May 6, 2025, Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC) announced the decisions on the establishment of the Railway Engineering Consulting Center (T.RC) and the appointment of staff, marking an important milestone in realizing the Company's strategy of expanding the railway market.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, Board of Directors member and General Director Phan Ngoc Cuong shared that currently, the railway sector is one of the top priorities in the Vietnamese Government's transport infrastructure development strategy with many large projects being planned for implementation.”

CONINCO, with its strategic orientation to expand this sector, has been actively investing in activities such as organizing seminars, specialized talks, opening railway engineering classes; visiting railway lines and railway operation centers in Vietnam, Japan, etc., cooperating with domestic experts and foreign partners with extensive experience in consulting on Metro projects, high-speed railways, etc. to improve the professional capacity of CONINCO's engineering team and open up opportunities to participate in upcoming railway projects, contributing to the modernization of the country's transport system. The establishment of the Railway Engineering Consulting Center is a strategic step of the Company, anticipating the development trend of the transport industry, creating conditions for CONINCO to build a team of experts with extensive experience and knowledge, thereby improving competitiveness and providing higher quality services.

Accordingly, the decisions were announced specifically as follows:
- Decision of the Board of Directors on the establishment of the Railway Engineering Consulting Center (T.RC).
- Decision on the appointment of Mr. Tran Thanh Hai - Deputy General Director concurrently as Director of the Railway Engineering Consulting Center.
- Decision on the appointment of Mr. Pham Tien Quynh - Deputy Manager of the Technical Control Department concurrently as Deputy Director of the Railway Engineering Consulting Center.
- Decision on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Nguyen Duc Minh - Road Engineer, currently working at the Major Construction Projects Management Center to take up the job and hold the position of Deputy Director of the Railway Engineering Consulting Center.

Deputy General Director Tran Thanh Hai, in his new role, has committed to building strategies, approaching projects, and closely coordinating with domestic and foreign experts and partners to create effective consulting solutions to meet the increasing demands of the market. Deputy General Director Tran Thanh Hai also expressed his hope that the Board of Management, departments in the Company and leading experts will support the Center to develop strongly in the right direction that the Company has set.

Attending the launching ceremony of the Railway Engineering Consulting Center, Senior expert Dao Quoc Dao and Dr. Mai Tien Chinh - Head of the Railway Department, Faculty of Civil Engineering, University of Transport and Communication congratulated CONINCO and the Center's leaders, and promised to accompany and provide professional support to CONINCO in this field. Experts affirmed that the establishment of the Railway Engineering Consulting Center not only helps CONINCO affirm its position in the consulting industry but also demonstrates its acumen in seizing opportunities from the developing market. This is an important step in implementing the company's sustainable development strategy, while contributing to the overall development of Vietnam's railway transport system.
