CONINCO continues its journey to create green landmarks at Eco Retreat Tay Ninh

On January 30, 2026, the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the high-rise apartment complex in Zone 5.3 - HH2 of the Eco Retreat mega-project was held in Tay Ninh. The Project Control Center under the Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO.,JSC) acts as the Supervision Consultant for the project – a key task to ensure quality and progress for one of the new iconic architectural landmarks.

Attending the ceremony were representatives of the Investor – DB Investment and Development Co., Ltd., the General Contractor – Hoa Binh Construction Group, and other units participating in the project.
Representing CONINCO were Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh – Director of Consulting Division 2, Director of the Project Control Center; Mr. Nguyen Duc Toan – Deputy Director of the Center, and the project supervision team.

The Eco Retreat project spans 220 hectares and is developed under an eco-resort model with a humanistic philosophy that places people at the center and absolutely respects nature. Zone 5-3, supervised by CONINCO, comprises four 41-story towers, making it one of the tallest sections of this mega-project. With a total contract value of nearly 3,000 billion VND, the construction demands strict technical precision and modern construction standards to create a high-class living space that harmoniously blends urban amenities with the essence of nature.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh – Director of Consulting Division 2, Director of the Project Control Center, representing the CONINCO supervision consulting unit, affirmed a deep sense of responsibility throughout the project implementation. CONINCO is committed to closely coordinating with the Investor and relevant units to carry out supervision in an objective and honest manner, strictly complying with current legal regulations and technical standards. CONINCO's team of experienced engineers will make every effort to ensure labor safety, environmental hygiene, and strict progress control, determined to bring the project to the finish line on schedule with the highest quality.

Participating units are determined to join hands with the Investor to complete the project on schedule, ensuring high quality and safety.
