CONINCO Proudly Marks Completion of Presidential Office Renovation and Upgrade Project

Amidst the celebratory atmosphere following the success of the 14th National Party Congress and the 96th anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 – February 3, 2026), the inauguration ceremony for the renovation, repair, upgrade, and expansion of the Office of the President was solemnly held on the morning of February 2, 2026, at No. 2 Le Thach (Tonkin Palace), Hanoi. Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO) is honored to have served as the Project Management Consultant for this landmark project.

The event was attended by General Secretary To Lam and State President Luong Cuong, along with other senior Party and State leaders, marking a significant milestone in perfecting the infrastructure dedicated to high-level national internal and foreign affairs.
Representing CONINCO were Mr. Le Nguyen Giap, Deputy General Director, and Architect Do Nhu Duc, Director of the Center for International Cooperation and Consultancy (T.3C).

Speaking at the ceremony, President Luong Cuong emphasized that the Tonkin Palace and its surrounding complex constitute a sacred historical space for the nation. This was where the great President Ho Chi Minh and the Provisional Government worked during the early days of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam. The site stands as a noble symbol of revolutionary power and an independent, sovereign, and legitimate state, embodying the Vietnamese people's aspirations for freedom, peace, and resilient will.

The renovation and expansion of the headquarters at this historic site carry profound political significance. The project not only addresses functional requirements and modernizes the working environment for the President and the Office of the President in a new era but also adheres to stringent heritage preservation standards. The structure represents a harmonious blend of French colonial architecture and the modern, solemn stature of a State power organ, befitting the image of the thousand-year-old capital.
