On the afternoon of September 22, 2024, at the Conference to announce the Planning and Investment Promotion of Bac Ninh Province in 2024, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and leaders of central ministries, branches, and provincial leaders pressed the button to start construction of 02 key projects of the province: Construction investment project of Kenh Vang bridge and access roads at both ends of the bridge, connecting the two provinces of Bac Ninh and Hai Duong and the Social Housing Project under the construction investment project of technical infrastructure of Que Vo new urban area. Construction Management Center No. 4 (T.QX4) and Construction Inspection Center (T.KD) of CONINCO are the verification and construction supervision consultants for the Social Housing Project under the construction investment project of technical infrastructure of Que Vo new urban area.
The Social Housing Project is being developed on the site of the Que Vo new urban area infrastructure construction investment project in Phuong Mao and Phuong Lieu wards (Que Vo town) with a total investment capital of more than VND1,323 billion. The project consists of 4 social housing buildings, each with 12 floors and 1 attic with a total construction area of more than 100,268 m2 of floor space, invested by Tung Bach Company Limited.
Expected to be completed and put into use by the end of 2025, providing 914 apartments, meeting the housing needs of about 3,000 workers . The project contributes to solving the housing problem for low-income workers, promoting local socio-economic development.
CONINCO, as the Construction supervision consultant for the project, commits to closely supervising to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with the design, technical standards and legal regulations; actively coordinates with relevant parties so that the project is implemented to ensure construction progress according to the set plan, bringing the project to a successful finish line.
