CONINCO provides Supervision consulting service for the Le Hong Phong Cadre training school project – Hanoi

On the morning of October 7, 2025, at Phu Luong Ward, Ha Dong District, the Hanoi People's Committee organized the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction project of the Le Hong Phong cadre training school. This is one of the key projects to celebrate the 71st anniversary of the Capital Liberation Day (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2025). The Underground Works Center (T.CN) under Consultant and inspection joint stock company of construction technology and equipment (CONINCO., JSC) is the Supervision consulting unit for this significant project.

The event was attended and directed by speeches from Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen.
From CONINCO, attendees included Member of the Board of Directors, General Director Nguyen Manh Tuan; and Chief Supervision consultant Hoang Dinh Thang.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen emphasized that the Le Hong Phong cadre training school is the "cradle" that has nurtured and trained tens of thousands of cadres for the capital over many decades. Investing in a new facility is not only an upgrade in material terms but also an important political task, aimed at creating a modern center for training and researching political theory, contributing to building a strong cadre team to meet the development requirements in the new period.

With a total investment of 980 billion VND from the city's budget, the project is implemented on a scale of over 42,000 m², promising to become a synchronized and advanced educational architectural complex. The project components are comprehensively invested, from a modern basement, grand hall - ceremonial area, to functional blocks such as the administrative area, learning area, library, large auditorium. In particular, the dormitory - cafeteria area and sports hall are optimally designed, along with landscape gardens and synchronized equipment, creating a comprehensive environment for learning, training, and research that inspires.

To ensure the project is completed on schedule, with quality, and put into use soon, the Vice Chairman of the People's Committee required the project owner and contractors to maximize resources, strictly comply with regulations on construction, safety, and approved quality.
