CONINCO proudly receives commendation from the Minister of Public Security at the Department of Security Investigation Headquarters project

On the morning of December 30, 2025, in Hanoi, the Department of Security Investigation - Ministry of Public Security held the 2025 work summary conference, deployed the 2026 work program, and awarded Commendations from the Minister of Public Security to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the construction of the Department of Security Investigation Headquarters project (DA09/22). Consultant and inspection joint stock company of construction technology and equipment - CONINCO and members of the CONINCO supervision consulting team are honored to be recognized at this event.

The conference was attended by Lieutenant General Pham The Tung - Deputy Minister of Public Security. Major General Hoang Van Ha - Director of the Department of Security Investigation presided over the conference.
From CONINCO, attendees included Mr. Nguyen Huu Truong - Deputy General Director; Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung - Director of Construction Management Center No. 4 (T.QX4), head of the supervision consulting team.

The Department of Security Investigation Headquarters - Ministry of Public Security is a Level I civil project located at No. 10 Tran Kim Xuyen, Cau Giay District, Hanoi. The project has a modern scale including 3 basement levels, 25 above-ground floors, and 1 penthouse floor with a total floor area of over 33,000 m². During the project implementation, in the role of construction supervision consultant, the CONINCO engineering team closely supervised each project item, adhered to the site, determined to protect quality and progress for a vital security project, contributing to firmly protecting national security, ensuring social order and safety, maintaining political stability, and effectively serving the country's development cause.

The journey to build the Department of Security Investigation Headquarters has concluded with a proud milestone when the contributions of the expert team were recognized through the Ministry of Public Security's Commendation Decision. CONINCO proudly marks its impression with the collective Commendation from the Minister of Public Security and the Commendation for Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung - Director of T.QX4, and the Certificate of Merit from the Director of the Department of Security Investigation for Mr. Tran Van Trong - Deputy Head of the supervision consulting team. These commendations and recognitions from the Ministry of Public Security leadership once again affirm the "CONINCO spirit": dedicated, resilient, and professional.
