CONINCO Works with the Lao Ministry of Public Works and Transport: Strengthening Its Reputation and Expanding Cooperation Opportunities

On the afternoon of June 22, 2026, in the Lao PDR, a high-level delegation from the Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO) held a working session at the Lao Ministry of Public Works and Transport. The meeting aimed to review the progress of the Fourth Greater Mekong Subregion Corridor Towns Development Project, discuss implementation orientations for the next phase, and explore new opportunities for cooperation.

Attending the meeting on behalf of CONINCO were Dr. Ha Minh – Chairman of the Board of Directors (BOD); Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang – General Director; Mr. Nguyen Dac Phuong – Deputy General Director; Mr. Le Nguyen Giap – Deputy General Director; Ms. Pham Thuy Linh – Manager of the Business Management Department; Ms. Do Thi Ngoc Chau – Deputy Chief of the BOD Assistance Office, along with accompanying representatives.
Representing the Department of Housing and Urban Planning were Mr. Bounta Onnavong, Director General, officials of the Department, and other project stakeholders.

During the meeting, representatives from CONINCO and the Project Coordination Unit jointly reviewed all remaining work items to ensure the current phase is successfully concluded in accordance with technical standards. Speaking at the session, Mr. Bounta Onnavong – Director General of the Department of Housing and Urban Planning highly commended CONINCO's professional capacity, dedication, and effectiveness throughout the project implementation process.

In addition to reviewing completed items, the meeting focused on discussing plans for the upcoming phase. To ensure the continuity of consultancy work and project implementation support, the parties examined the next implementation steps. CONINCO affirmed its readiness to mobilize the necessary resources to meet the new requirements of the project, contributing to ensuring that core project objectives are achieved effectively and with the highest quality.

With its experience, professional capacity, and high sense of responsibility, CONINCO has earned the trust of its partners through its experience, professional expertise, and strong sense of responsibility. The working session also opened up many potential cooperation opportunities in the future between CONINCO and management agencies in Laos. Chairman of the BOD Dr. Ha Minh emphasized that CONINCO will continue accompany and support the Employer and relevant authorities in Laos in upcoming international infrastructure projects.
